4 hours in service and have to return I bought a used car here just 2 months ago and returned to get an alignment as well as a tire pressure sensor that went out. The sensor alone was over I bought a used car here just 2 months ago and returned to get an alignment as well as a tire pressure sensor that went out. The sensor alone was over $200! I spent 4 + hours for this and 10 minutes down the road it felt like nothing was done, still pulling left like when I came in so now I have to return and waste another Saturday to try and fix it, apparently they don't test drive cars after alignments to check them. I also have a steering wheel shimmy at a certain speed that I told them about and it is still there too. Everyone was very pleasant but it really doesn't matter when you pay $400 and nothing is better. I was offered a free oil change however, yay. More

Always On Point! I appreciate Luther Nissan in Inver Grove Heights because they are always on point in how they handle my needs. I have purchased two cars from them a I appreciate Luther Nissan in Inver Grove Heights because they are always on point in how they handle my needs. I have purchased two cars from them and both times, I was treated with respect and given the opportunity to evaluate the cars I was interested in without undue sales tactics, which is very important to me. Today, I had an electrical problem with my Murano and I was treated with such respect by Adam and the team. They got my car in, got me a loaner quickly and kept me updated frequently on what was going on with the assessment. Adam gave me choices of what needed to be done and followed through completely. I was impressed and now have more confidence about using the dealership for future servicing needs. The only negative thing about my visit today was the wait for someone to bring my car to me, after Adam had handled the return of the loaner and the payment process so very quickly (as did the woman in charge of settling the bill). I suppose it's understandable with everything going on but since everything else went so well and with such speed, it was noticeable to wait 20 minutes just to have the car pulled around to the front. However, all in all, it's worth the trip for me to go all the way from Blaine to Inver Grove Heights because the people, like Adam, do such a great job. More

There has not been one person I have referred there who has not left with out a new vehicle and without the same impression as I have!
