Good service rep - car cleaning blows My service representative is always on point (Adam), that is for sure. Other than that, it feels like everyone else around the dealership is operatin My service representative is always on point (Adam), that is for sure. Other than that, it feels like everyone else around the dealership is operating with a sub-par mental capacity. One of the mechanic staff literally tried to evaluate my center console issue with a piece of Domino's pizza in his hand. FYI, I don't want your greasy pizza eating hands to touch my vehicle -- EVER! Thank goodness Adam is so attentive, he interjected in the mexhanic's evaluation of my center console - preventing the pizza grease from getting all over the inside of my 2016 KIA Sorento. Long story short, Adam is always great, most everyone else at the dealership could take a lesson from him in how to handle customer service. That is all. Peace and love, peace and love. More

Excellent Communication Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and an issue with the main air flow intake. During the overall vehicle inspection done by the technician he fo Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and an issue with the main air flow intake. During the overall vehicle inspection done by the technician he found an issue with the manifold pipe. Technician (Mark) came and spoke with me personally and actually showed me what the problem was. He found the needed part and advised on the least expensive way to have it fixed. I then needed a ride to my house while the vehicle was being worked on. They had a driver take me to my residence. They also had the vehicle work done sooner that anticipated. NICE JOB! More
