From the time I purchased my first car to going in for regular maintenance, I am always so excited to be greeted by the friendly team of Luther Nissan From the time I purchased my first car to going in for regular maintenance, I am always so excited to be greeted by the friendly team of Luther Nissan Kia. Their sales staff is NOT greedy --- they care more about making sure you get what you need and in the fairest way. Dave and his Service team are nothing short of incredible. When I suddenly had to buy new wheels (totally out of the blue) he was so flexible with my payment and willing to ensure the safety of me and my car. And special shout of for Chico in the service team! Not only is he funny but he's always looking out for his clients! I seriously I don't think you can find any kind of service like this in MN! They take care of their Nissan Kia folks well! More

Recall issues with Passenger Air Bag, Remote Start and Sonar Just a note to advise how pleased I was with the service provided by Adam Bistodeau and Kathy Heitzinger. As soon as I drove up to the service door K Just a note to advise how pleased I was with the service provided by Adam Bistodeau and Kathy Heitzinger. As soon as I drove up to the service door Kathy greeted me with a smile and made sure I was directed to the service desk to get checked in. Adam came to the customer lounge to walk me through the work provided by your service tech's. When I inquired about the Sonar Light displayed on the dash, he quickly suggested that we walk to the car so he could get a better idea of the issue I was having. After seeing what was troubling me he said he would take the vehicle back to service and see what could be done to remedy the problem. Result was ------- driver not knowing how to read the indicator.. Great service and outstanding service staff/ More

While shopping just before scheduled service I got bumped by another car on my right rear bumper. Minor but not trivial damage. Adam had an immediate solution requiring keeping my Altima overnight. Got a free car and came back next day to my completely fixed Altima. Reasonable charge, completely satisfactory solution. This is why I'm on my third Altima with this dealer. Fast, trustworthy, fair service! More

Excellent Service I brought my 2013 Kia Optima in for an oil change, tire rotation and new air filter. I had been hearing a scraping sound when I made a right turn and I brought my 2013 Kia Optima in for an oil change, tire rotation and new air filter. I had been hearing a scraping sound when I made a right turn and I asked if it could be my brakes. they checked my brakes and my front ones needed replacing. Tom and Greg were a big help and I was able to my coupons for the work I had done. I knew I needed tires but was not in my budget at this time and was told that Luther has a tire sale in November with very good prices. Always great customer service and friendly staff. More

Adam, the service manager, came out and gave m a review of other service items I might need to plan for in future with pricing estimates and probable time lines. Coupon for free car wash was an added bonus. Over all great service...and good coffee! More

Logic Improvement Recall Work Jason, who noticed that there was a Recallr. He asked if I wanted to go ahead and schedule the work. I also mentioned that I wanted the Optima Rubbe Jason, who noticed that there was a Recallr. He asked if I wanted to go ahead and schedule the work. I also mentioned that I wanted the Optima Rubber floor mats (set of 4) and would like to pick them up when I came in for the recall work. Jason placed the order for the mats, confirmed the price and said they would be in the day before my scheduled appointment. On the day of my appointment I was helped by Greg Isham. I asked if it was possible for them to install the new mats for me. They vacuumed the floors and then took out the old mats and put the new ones in for me. The service from all areas was excellent. More
