Scott was very accommodating since I only had a certain amount of time I could be there. He was very aware of my time constraint and let me know while my Kia was being serviced how much longer I could exp amount of time I could be there. He was very professional and extremely personable! As Adam was walking me over to my car at the end of my appointment, I mentioned that I forgot to have something looked at. The information provided by both salesmen was comprehensive but not even the business manager failed to inform us that there would be a $400 disposition fee at the end of lease. We chose this dealership for two reasons, the first reason was my wife purchased her last two vehicles here, and has always had a great experience with the service and the second reason was my son-in-l reason was my wife purchased her last two vehicles here, and has always had a great experience with the service and the second reason was my son-in-law is friends with one of the employees. The reason I bought the car was because Mike Arnold was very informative and honest about my choices. We were treated very well by every person we met. The only unfortunate part of this experience had to do with the time it took to buy the car. This dealership is very understaffed, it took us twenty minutes to decide to purchase this vehicle, but getting through the financing part of the process took THREE HOURS. I understand they are building a new dealship, I hope the new one will accomodate a larger staff. More
