We brought our 2008 Kia Sedona in for a recall part on the sliding door. This part went just fine. The problem is the windshield has an air leak and the Kia Service person told us that the windshield w the sliding door. This part went just fine. The problem is the windshield has an air leak and the Kia Service person told us that the windshield was not an original Kia part and that we must have had the windshield replaced! We bought this vehicle brand new from Luther, never had the winshield replaced, and they want us to prove to them that we never replaced it? They keep records of everything so you would think that they should figure it out. Pretty disturbing if you buy a new vehicle that it should have the OEM glass. More

My car buying experience went very well. Bob was able to answer all questions I had about the used car I bought. I got a great price on my trade in vehicle also. My only suggestion is that I feel the salesman should of taken the time to tell me a little about the vehicle after I bought it, such as all the options the vehicle had. More
