We recently bought an Envoy from the Luther Nissan/KIA. Joe was particularly helpful in the purchase of this vehicle. The finance department (Mr. Nieves) worked easily with my credit union, and the purchas Joe was particularly helpful in the purchase of this vehicle. We received a super 30-day warranty that enabled us to get a few minor repairs done on the truck. The service department was very helpful, and Joe and Mike Kelly were great to work with. I purchased my Kia Sedona from this dealership in '07. Since then I have had it in a number of times for numerous problems. I have dealt with Greg (Service Dept) on a number of occasions and feel that he Since then I have had it in a number of times for numerous problems. I have dealt with Greg (Service Dept) on a number of occasions and feel that he is very arrogant. Other men in the Service Dept. have been extremely wonderful to work with. Being a woman, I feel Greg thinks he is above women. I do not like dealing with him. As far as my vehicle goes, I feel that the '06 Kia Sedona I purchased with only 33 miles on it, has had it's fair share of problems. Just this year alone it has been in the dealership, for an extended period of time for the electrical problems it has had. (Extended period of time to me is more than 3 days) I DO NOT feel safe in this car. Just recently I had my Sedona in and was told by Greg that all of the electrical was not grounded properly. To me, that's just a fuse waiting to be lit. The sway bar links needed to be replaced and a couple of other issues that were hopefully resolved. Earlierthis year I have had the electrical junction box, at least that what they tell me, replaced twice within a 2 month period. My Sedona only has 45,000 - 46,000 miles on it. So you are wondering if I would recommend this dealership...to purchase a vehicle...NO - you don't know what you will be getting and how long it will be before something breaks down or possibly starts on fire...you would think they would check the grounding before putting the vehicle up for sale. Recommend this dealership for service....MAYBE...if working with Greg in the Service Dept....you better be a man. Everyone else in the serivce dept....man or woman would be fine. Everyone was very helpful and listened to what we were saying. There was no pushiness or bad attitudes, and the problems we noticed with the car were taken care of at no cost to us as part of the purchas saying. The car I went to look at was posted online at $3000 less than what the actual price was at the dealership, so I wasn't very happy with that. I told them it seemed like a bait and switch routine. They said it was an error of the outside party that posted the car price. I had some work done there after I bought the car. They called to tell me it was ready and then later in the day called to say it wasn't ready. It seemed like no one knew what they were doing. This took about 6 phone calls to figure out what was going on. More
