My only complaint is that the waiting room chairs are uncomfortable, but the great thing was that my service was quicker than I thought it would be. The other thing was that my wiper blades were replace uncomfortable, but the great thing was that my service was quicker than I thought it would be. The other thing was that my wiper blades were replaced and not adjusted to "touch" the windown completely, so it was a little bit of a pain driving home in the snow. Otherwise...I swear by you guys. I was nervous to go in and deal with any "typical" car salesmen, but I honestly had a great experience with everyone I talked to. Each person was very personable and helpful. It was about a 2.5 hour experience, but they let me take the car that night! On the finance end of it, I felt like everything was explained to me thoroughly.
