I had an OK dealing with them for my second vehicle now. Couple things that bothered me were the stupid "I have to check with my manager" xx game, and making me feel like I was asking far too much with the Couple things that bothered me were the stupid "I have to check with my manager" xx game, and making me feel like I was asking far too much with the deal and that THEY were doing me the favor. Dealt with a lot of other dealerships who don't do this crap anymore. Positives? We made the deal happen, I got a good, not GREAT deal (you're supposed to walk out happy, I was not angry, but didn't have that warm feeling), and so far they have delivered on their promises. Everyone was nice enough, but there was something missing. No big suprises, they didn't pitch me on anything I didn't need, but I will say I bought my vehicle on a Friday morning and the following Monday morning I got am email where they offered a $200 gift card with any used purchase. I called and asked about it and they refused to honor it as I got "too good a deal already" and "I bought mine on Friday afternoon, sorry". It's the little things in my book. Overall happy enough, but the details and overall experience are far too old school for my tastes. More

I have had service work done before and always have been satisfied. Both Scott and Adam are knowledgeable, professional, and explain as to what has been done and the need for it. I am particualr on the cleanliness of my vehicle and whem returned there are no grease marks on the floor or on the door handles, etc. The experience at this service facility has always been excellent. He got me EXACTLY what I wanted, had it held over the weekend for me, and I completed the deal in a short amount of time on Monday and drove the car home. It could not have been any easier. Jamie Groth the finance manager was great as well. It's nice to buy a new car without the high pressure. My next car will undoubtedly be purchased at Luther. It's on the far side of town from me, but WELL worth the drive. More
