I live in Tucson, AZ but every summer I drive back to MN to visit family and friends. Over the years I have needed basic service for my Murano (oil change, tire rotation) and found Luther Nissan as the clo to visit family and friends. Over the years I have needed basic service for my Murano (oil change, tire rotation) and found Luther Nissan as the closest service dealer to me (staying in Hastings). This trip I needed extensive service, including warranty work, before driving back to Tucson. I checked in with Scott, who took excellent care of me, and left my Murano for service. Though it took a business day or two to receive the parts, Scott made sure my vehicle was ready on the promised day. I have been very impressed with the quality of customer service and repair done at Luther Nissan, and this year, with all the additional service required, you went above and beyond. Having just moved to the Twin Cities, I wanted to find a good Nissan dealership to service my 10+ year-old Nissan Altima. Luther Nissan Kia had great reviews, so I decided to go with them. I did have to wait about 10 days to get in, but I am happy with the wait. My car had a laundry list of "to-do's", and they took care of them all. The price for the very long laundry list I thought was quite reasonable, and my car was running much better after I left. I was also pleased they washed the car for me at the end of it all - I didn't know they were going to do that, and it was a lovely surprise. More

On a visit to MN from Florida I met up with Sue and what a pleasant experience. I had been in four Kia dealerships close to my home in Fl. but their word was not something I could count on.
