All service people I have dealt with in the five years since I bought my Nissan here have been friendly, helpful, and competent. In this instance, my check engine light had come on just before I was due for an oil change. Adam noted the mileage on the car, 38842, and that my warranty expired at 39000 miles. So whatever they found would be covered. This was unexpected and welcome news. Another 158 miles on that odometer, and my bill would have been over $500 more. As it was, I paid for the oil change, new wipers, and the $50 deductible for the warranty repair. They had the part but would need more time to install it and then reprogram the computer. Therefore they lent me a car overnight so I wouldn't be stuck there for hours. I have had all the servicing on my car done at the dealership because I have been so well treated since purchasing my car there. More
