I needed to get my 2012 Kia Sorrento serviced prior to a long trip and to have a multipoint inspection done. I did not have an appointment but, Eric was able to get me in and out in about 35 minutes. Having browsed online at several dealers, I came upon 2 Nissan Sentras at a very good price with low mileage. I decided to stop at the Luther Nissan/Kia dealership the next day and was greeted by Craig Bri Nissan Sentras at a very good price with low mileage. I decided to stop at the Luther Nissan/Kia dealership the next day and was greeted by Craig Brink. We took a test drive and I loved it. It was exactly what I was looking for. Small, sporty, and economical. Craig was very helpful in getting everything underway and I left with the car later that day which I did not expect. The sales manager took time to thank me and I was very grateful for the great customer service. More
This our 3rd new car from Luther Nissan Kia. We did check out another dealership down the road but found once again Luther could not be beat. We are never pressured into anything. I have been to Luther Nissan service department well over 12 times and I have NEVER had a bad experience. They are excellent at taking care of their customer. They are not the cheapest when it comes to thei 12 times and I have NEVER had a bad experience. They are excellent at taking care of their customer. They are not the cheapest when it comes to their service work. (but then what dealership is)They are competitive however. I have bought 2 vehicles from them and each one has been a great experience. If I had any complaint it would be that the dealership must be doing something right because they are running out of room in their exsisting facility and they really need to expand their operations. Dealing with Rob was an absolute joy. He never pressured us once to buy any car. His low key sales style was very much appreciated. Not the usual "how can we get you into a car tonight" attitude.
