I've bought 5 new Nissans, but the last 3 from Sue at Luther Nissan, and she's provided by and far the easiest, low stress, no pressure buying experience making it literally a pleasure to buy the car, in Luther Nissan, and she's provided by and far the easiest, low stress, no pressure buying experience making it literally a pleasure to buy the car, instead of the typical frustrating experience that buying a car can be. Sue goes above and beyond to help answer questions and provide awesome customer service. She's friendly, open, honest, and ethical. I decided on the car I wanted on a Thursday, and wanted to pick it up Friday morning, however I wanted some extra add-on services done on the car prior to my picking it up, and Sue went out of her way literally to make sure the car was done perfectly, and everything was ready for me to pick up Friday morning. Couldn't have been happier. There are several Nissan dealerships that are closer to my home or work that are more convenient, but its definitely been worth it to me to go out of my way a little bit to work with Sue at Luther. More

Had my new Rogue in for it's first oil change... I was greeted by a very friendly staff; I didn't see any oil leaks on the garage floor this morning so I assume the work was quality - plus they also was greeted by a very friendly staff; I didn't see any oil leaks on the garage floor this morning so I assume the work was quality - plus they also gave the Rogue a badly needed wash job to remove about a ton of road salt; the appointment was on time and I didn't have to wait long.... all and all it was a great experience.... We took our Kia in for warranty work. It had been snowing a lot and the car was a mess. Mike asked if we wanted it washed. We said yes but it wouldn't stay clean for long. Just jokingly I said, "well you could clean the inside if you like." Much to my surprise and delight when we picked up the car the inside mats were cleaned of snow and debris. This was above and beyond what we expected but it was very much appreciated. We have been very impressed with the quality of service we have received at Luther since we bought our 2012 Kia.
