I felt very welcome from the minute I stepped in the door. Chad had contacted me by phone this morning. When I got there Chad was with another customer. He went and got Andrew to help me so i wasn't waiting. Andrew was very nice and funny. He made the deal very pleasurable. Aaron was the one who came to me and gave me the offer. I wasn't please with the first one so he came back with another offer. I was please and decided to buy the Juke. Andrew then talked to me about the process and made sure I was comfortable. Andrew is a great salesmen. He is not pushy and he was honest with me. Then I was handed over to Brian for the financing paperwork. Brian was very nice and handled everything in a timley manner. Over all everyone was great and I want to thank you for this great experience. More

When I came in to Luther Nissan, I had visited a few previous dealers looking to trade in my 2006 Nissan Maxima. The previous dealers seemed unwilling to budge on their initial offer for trade-in value on my Maxima. Luther Nissan was upfront about wanting to provide me the best deal I could possibly get. I was able to tell them exactly what I was looking for and they catered to my wants versus trying to talk me in or out of something. TThey showed me different options (purchase vs. lease) with multiple vehicles. When I explained on my first visit that I was wanting to take a few days to think about it, they didn't try and pressure me into walking out the door with a new vehicle, which was refreshing. I took a few days, contemplated it, and eventually came back in and left very happy with a brand new vehicle and a more than fair trade-in for my old vehicle. More
Dave was great! He did avoid Job helping me pick out a vehicle and was very patient with my kids. Filed complaint with BBB. Service requested not performed at all. Charged $660 and battery went dead in a week, despite inspection "okaying it". Battery corroded, swollen, took crow bar to remove. "everyone makes mistakes"-this explanation. Not acceptable. Never ever use this dealership. Have had 6 Nissans, This is the last. More

The tires all had a different air pressure reading. Which tells me you did not check tire air, which is my understanding is part of the oil change program. The computer was not set back to zero as is the normal practice. The vehicle was not in the shop very long. A shorter period than I usually experienced.
