Although I wasn't planning on purchasing a car, I stopped by Luther Nissan/Kia to look at the Juke. I was met by John and he didn't embody the typical "sales" person. Whether he meant to or not, I felt tha by Luther Nissan/Kia to look at the Juke. I was met by John and he didn't embody the typical "sales" person. Whether he meant to or not, I felt that he had my best interests in mind, which was quite refreshing. I didn't purchase a car on the spot, and it seemed that he respected that. I took his name but never felt to pressure to respond immediately. I appreciated that, and it probably made a difference in my decision to go ahead and by the car. Unfortunately John wasn't available when I stopped by unexpectedly to make the buy. Garret stepped in and although he wasn't my original dealer, he was great, giving me the attention necessary to make good decisions and complete the purchase. Other dealerships have made be feel that as a female, I would do better if I brought my husband with me. Not so with John or Garrett - and that will make me a continued customer. More

I wasn't please with the first one so he came back with another offer. I was please and decided to buy the Juke. Andrew then talked to me about the process and made sure I was comfortable. Andrew is a great salesmen. He is not pushy and he was honest with me. Then I was handed over to Brian for the financing paperwork. Brian was very nice and handled everything in a timley manner. When I came in to Luther Nissan, I had visited a few previous dealers looking to trade in my 2006 Nissan Maxima. I was able to tell them exactly what I was looking for and they catered to my wants versus trying to talk me in or out of something. TThey showed me different options (purchase vs. lease) with multiple vehicles. When I explained on my first visit that I was wanting to take a few days to think about it, they didn't try and pressure me into walking out the door with a new vehicle, which was refreshing. I took a few days, contemplated it, and eventually came back in and left very happy with a brand new vehicle and a more than fair trade-in for my old vehicle. More
