The service I experienced was exceptional. A lot of the "leg work" was done over the phone so I didn't have to spend as much time at the dealer. Danielle and Michael (and the gentleman who talked to me abo "leg work" was done over the phone so I didn't have to spend as much time at the dealer. The competitive price match plus a $100 Luther gift card made this tire purchase a great deal. All staff were friendly and responsive. In addition to replacement of the tires, I also wanted to do replacement of a broken plastic cover over the rear wiper on my Sportage. The order writer over the phone took this to mean that I needed a new wiper. As a result the cover was not ordered and not in stock when I came in for the tire install. I will need to do a second trip. Not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. More
