This was a decision that actually spanned a few visits over a 12 month period. Service was prompt. I was greated as soon as I walked in the door. Tom took the time to find out exactly what I was looking, as well as what would fill my needs in a vehical. He took the time to explore the fact that I transport my grandchildren to practice and football games, as well as the miles I put on my car to get to work. After a short time on the computer looking for avalable cars in my price range that would meet my needs he came up with a wonderful car. We took it for a test drive and he was very patient with me. While we waited for finance, he showed me to the lounge for coffee and some cookies. He also offered me refreshments as soon as I sat at his desk. He was very curtious.We joked aroind a little bit about family and pickle factories in Mn. He introduced me to the finace manager. He took the time to have the car detailed while we were waiting. After I finance was approved he took me to the car to show me all the bells and whistles so to say. Even took the time to conect my blue tooth. at the end of the sale he went the extra mile to introduce me to the manager. All in all a very pleasent experence. Sincerely, Rita Smart More
Second visit to the dealership for routine maintenance. Awesome as the first visit. When you drop off a vehicle, they just work it into their schedule, and they only had one opening left. My ride was only able to drop me off an hour & 15 minutes before I was supposed to be there. Nice surprise when I talked to Mike, the cost was actually less by about $40 than when I booked it online. I got a call that it was done only 15 minutes after I was supposed to have dropped it off initially. My only complaint is that I was told the vehicle would be vacuumed out, but it clearly was not. They did wash it though. All in all, pleased with the service. The staff is always friendly and professional. More
I brought my car in for service work. One of the big "perks" at the dealership is being able to get a loaner car while my car is being serviced. The people I worked with were wonderful; Garett went above and beyond. The reason for Good vs Great, was the length of time we had to wait for talking with finance, and the fact that the vehicle was not above and beyond. Garrett guaranteed the detailing of the car, at my first oil change, which is also free - so he provided excellent customer service in spite of it. That is the only reason for the one score of 4. I was very very pleased with JP. He spent more time with me than I figured any dealer would. He was very thorough in explaining everything about my car.
