Having had in the past at other dealerships experiences which made me very concerned when they told me work had to be done, finding Mike at Luther Nissan Kia in Invergrove Heights, MN was a Huge relief. He is extremely knowledgeable, actually Listens to the customers bringing their cars in for service and then is willing to explain in exact terms what is needed including if it "has" to be done that moment, and if not that moment - when. Being able, particularly in today's economy, to plan therefore for repairs is an Enormous advantage he gives this dealership as it is one not often offered (let alone every time one brings a vehicle in to Mike) very often at any dealership. I can therefore completely Trust what he tells me is needed and leave knowing the Exact condition my vehicle is in which is a Huge asset to that particular dealership - to the point that I have recommended friends bring their cars to him for service they can trust worry-free! when my wife and I determined that she needed a new car I began an internet search. Of all the calls and e-mails I got Sue Wegleitner's e-mails were the most polite and least demanding. So we began an e-mail began an internet search. Of all the calls and e-mails I got Sue Wegleitner's e-mails were the most polite and least demanding. So we began an e-mail relationship. Sue was very patient waiting for us to decide when we wanted to buy. Whan we did decide it was time I e-mailed Sue and she said come on in. Sue was very helpful in helping us decide between new and a pre-owned that would fit our needs. She was laid back and gladly answered our questions. She was in no way pushy nor did she display in sort of resentment of us taking up her time. I really can't say enough good about Sue. I wish I could give her a bad review as bad reviews are easierto write, but there is no way I could possibly do that. Jamie Groth, well what can i say? Upon entering her office I felt like I had been transported to a comedy club. How she managed to perform her financial duties and keep me in stitches the whole time I'll never know, but she did and the numbers cams out right. If anyone ever says financial work is dull...well they just haven't met Jamie. I just can't say enough good things about my sales person Sue Wegleitner that I worked with at Luther KIA in Inver Grove Heights. I'm a very picky person when it comes to getting a new car so most sales people get frustrated with me and all my concerns and lose interest fast with all my questions and requests to get the exact certain type of car and color with the options exactly the way I want them or NO DEAL !!! Sue was great because no matter what I asked for or what I requested she took the time to find out the answer for me. I never felt like I was being pressured into buying a car she has a very friendly laid back personality that made me feel very comfortable when looking around Luther KIA. In addition to Sue I also worked with Neil Haskins who is the General Sales Manager at Luther. Neil got me by far the best price and lease terms on my new 2013 KIA Forte EX of any other car dealer's in the area. Needless to say I'm very happy with both Sue and Neil and will more then happy to recommend Luther KIA to all my friends,family and neighbors in the comming years to come. My husband and I had been shopping around for a crossover for about a month. We visited a few dealerships but had little luck. To be honest, the places we visited didn't seem to take us seriously. About two minutes after walking into Luther, we were approached by Chad who immediately invited us to sit down. He asked us to list what we were and weren't looking for in a vehicle and right away we felt like we were a priority and he was determined to find the right vehicle for us. After test driving a new car and discussing price, he walked us through the used car lot where I fell in love with a 2011 Nissan Rogue. It had more features than I initially needed and was priced less than our budget. He was patient and helpful, walking us through all of our options and explaining things we wouldn't even think to ask. Chad then introduced us to Jamie who was not only a blast to talk to, but worked hard to negotiate with the bank to get us a great rate. I was incredibly impressed with how smooth the financing went, she made a process we weren't looking forward to fun! It was an overall amazing experience and we will go back to Chad and Jamie when we look for our next car! More
