Not during any part of the process of looking or buying did Chad attempt to sell me on more than I was looking for. Even when my husband and I were unsure about our purchase. I, choosing a lesser expensive model of vehicle and my husband choosing a larger more expensive model. Even with this uncertainty Chad did not take this opportunity to sway us to the more expensive model he worked with us to make sure that the features that were most important to us was what we were getting and would be happy with long term. He appeared sincere, knowledgeable and patience with our uncertainties. In the end we bought and got all the features that were the most important for us at a reasonably agreed upon price. Eric the finance guy got us a great rate and I am happily driving my Kia Soul Exclaim today, enjoying every minute I spend in it with no regrets. The salesman I talked to on the phone was busy, we patiently waited after 20 minutes Stephen walked up started up a conversation, bought a the door.. Upon returning the salesman was still with another customer, so we went with Stephen. We had a discussion with the used car manager and came to an agreement on a price for our trade in. After hours of this we went into the finance office, that lady was the best, she more or less closed the deal for Stephen.
