I went in for an oil change like usual, always a good job! But i asked to have the headlights checked , i felt the bulbs were loose. After they looked at it...now the barely work! i just had them replace job! But i asked to have the headlights checked , i felt the bulbs were loose. I don't know what they did or if they moved it but now the lights are super dim and loose and you can barely tell that they are on! More

I saw an add on TV and decided to go with my wife and check it out. We have been talking about getting a new car since all of our lives we had driven old ones with something always going wrong and having check it out. I was pleasantly surprised as to how nice the Optima drove and handled the road. I received as much information as I needed regarding the vehicle and shortly after me and my wife drove away in our new Kia Optima! More

Brought my Rogue in for routine maintenance. I have always had a wonderful experience at this dealership and did so on this visit as well. The only comment I have is they were very busy and I think th always had a wonderful experience at this dealership and did so on this visit as well. The only comment I have is they were very busy and I think that is why my car was not washed after the service as it had been every other time I had brought it in for service. More

We leased a 2013 Kia Soul (also had a 2011 leased Soul) and the first oil change was included in the deal. Made an appointment, I was on time, your service people completed the work on time, everything and the first oil change was included in the deal. From the day I turned 16, my parents always told me that when I was ready to buy a car, they would bring me to Luther Nissan Kia. Unfortunately, the day was unplanned as my car was totaled by another driver when I was ready to buy a car, they would bring me to Luther Nissan Kia. Unfortunately, the day was unplanned as my car was totaled by another driver. Rich and Joe were exceptional. They brought me in right away, helped me find the car that was PERFECT for me and gave me an excellent deal on the car- as I am still a college student. When I came to pick the car up, Sue helped me with my paperwork and got me on my way. This car is everything I asked for and more.
