I just can't say enough good things about my sales person Sue Wegleitner that I worked with at Luther KIA in Inver Grove Heights. I'm a very picky person when it comes to getting a new car so most sales people get frustrated with me and all my concerns and lose interest fast with all my questions and requests to get the exact certain type of car and color with the options exactly the way I want them or NO DEAL !!! Sue was great because no matter what I asked for or what I requested she took the time to find out the answer for me. I never felt like I was being pressured into buying a car she has a very friendly laid back personality that made me feel very comfortable when looking around Luther KIA. In addition to Sue I also worked with Neil Haskins who is the General Sales Manager at Luther. Neil got me by far the best price and lease terms on my new 2013 KIA Forte EX of any other car dealer's in the area. Needless to say I'm very happy with both Sue and Neil and will more then happy to recommend Luther KIA to all my friends,family and neighbors in the comming years to come. Thanks again Sue and Neil great job and thanks for putting up with me and giving me that great free loaner car while you were locating my new car that really made the difference in the end you two are the best way to go Luther KIA !!! I have given the service department a great review for a number of reasons. Everyone in this department is friendly, responsive, informative and great to deal with. My car was towed to Luther Nissan a few d number of reasons. Everyone in this department is friendly, responsive, informative and great to deal with. My car was towed to Luther Nissan a few days before New Year’s Day, which put me in a bind. They immediately put me in a rental car and I was on my way. The next day I got a call from Scott updating me with the situation on my car. Their department didn’t have the part my car needed and with no luck from their other resources they would have to order it, but because of the holiday, the shipping of the part would cause some delay. Scott contacted me a few more times with updates and it made me feel like I wasn’t just another customer, but I was important enough to be kept in the loop of things. Thanks More

My husband and I had been shopping around for a crossover for about a month. We visited a few dealerships but had little luck. To be honest, the places we visited didn't seem to take us seriously. About two minutes after walking into Luther, we were approached by Chad who immediately invited us to sit down. He asked us to list what we were and weren't looking for in a vehicle and right away we felt like we were a priority and he was determined to find the right vehicle for us. After test driving a new car and discussing price, he walked us through the used car lot where I fell in love with a 2011 Nissan Rogue. It had more features than I initially needed and was priced less than our budget. He was patient and helpful, walking us through all of our options and explaining things we wouldn't even think to ask. Chad then introduced us to Jamie who was not only a blast to talk to, but worked hard to negotiate with the bank to get us a great rate. I was incredibly impressed with how smooth the financing went, she made a process we weren't looking forward to fun! It was an overall amazing experience and we will go back to Chad and Jamie when we look for our next car! More

Most were helpful,quick to respond,and easy to get a price from. With Luther Nissan Kia internet salesman "Tong" came in cheaper with a good variety of color choices. We set up a time to meet and get the ball rolling on our new car. He was scheduled with others, when we could make it in, so he had another salesman (Chad)help us out with test driving, picking colors,and all the paperwork process. He was helpful with all our questions and concerns. He is a very pleasant salesman, who I feel was, looking out for our best interests. He was not pushing us into a sale but he was there to help us through the ordeal of buying a new car. "Thank You Chad" Then there was the high spirited,fun loving "Jamie" in Business finance dept. She is the end of the journey in car sales. What laughs we had, we will always remember you and hope to see you when we return to get our options installed. I would also like to thank the General Manager for taking time to come out and help us with some concerns we had. I'm sorry for not remembering your name(Neil ?). I came to Luther Nissan Kia for the first vehicle I would be purchasing/financing on my own. After browsing online for the vehicle I was interested in, the one from Luther was priced much lower that other s be purchasing/financing on my own. After browsing online for the vehicle I was interested in, the one from Luther was priced much lower that other sites and this made it the most attractive right off the bat. After taking the test drive, taking to the salesperson about the specs, features, details, and anything else I needed to know about the van I had pretty much made my decision. The Dealership worked really hard to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase and everyone that I came in contact with was friendly. More
We had two recall notices to be addressed, and asked for a general charging/electrical systems inspection and replacement of a foglamp and tail light bulbs. Adam B. met my wife and I, accepted two mailer coupons without question, and listened to our request for charging system analysis. The car was promised to be ready by early afternoon. We received a phone call from Scott N. advising us of power steering and transmission fluid flush needs. We declined primarily due to cost we weren't prepared to adsorb at this time. Scott accepted our decision without any additional sales pressure or insistance. I appreciated that very much. Scott called again a short while later to inform us that the repairs were complete. The time was around 2:00 pm. We arrived at the dealership about 3:00 pm, and were met by Kathy in Accounts. She was very organized, efficient and friendly. Scott brought the car around (freshly washed) and we were on our way after spending about 10 minutes on site. My wife (who does not care for repair shops, dealers, or much of anything to do with auto purchase or repairs) loves Luther Kia. That's saying A LOT. Keep up the great work folks!
