We were looking to lease a vehicle and Scott answered all of our questions in regard to leasing vs buying a vehicle, and listed all of our options. We were given the opportunity to test drive a new 2014 KIA Optima and fell in love with it. Scott walked us through the entire process, from start to finish. He introduced us to Eric, who handled the financing, great guy by the way, good luck on your weight loss contest, and then gave my wife and I a demonstration of how all the computerized options worked. Scott is a true professional and a true asset to Luther KiA. Scott played a big role in our making a decision to lease. He's very personable, honest, and Scott is able to build a comfort level between the customer and the Sales Representative very quickly. However, what I appreciated most of all was his ability to keep his word and follow up with me regarding an issue that couldn't be resolved during the appointment time: Mike undertook to call Warranty Center on my behalf to find out if certain parts of my vehicle were covered by my extended warranty or not. As it was pretty late to call the Center, Mike jotted down my cell phone # and told me he would make this phone call and get in touch with me the next day which he did. I'm very grateful to him for this because in this market, there aren't that many people who can keep their word, follow up with a client and accomplish it in a timely manner.
