We came to this dealership just to look at the murano"s. We felt so comfortable with Dave and felt he was being honest with us. Which is hard to find at car lots. I searched online for a Kia Sorento and had a list of non-negotiables for what I wanted. Going to a different more local dealership (to see the car in person rather than stock photos), I felt that the s non-negotiables for what I wanted. However, when I visited the Luther Kia website and submitted for a machine, I was contacted within a day and it did not seem to be a robotic email. I spoke with my salesperson, Chad, and two days later, I was a proud owner of a 2013 Kia Sorento, with my non-negotiables (like 3rd row seating and heated CLOTH seats). Plus, I didn't have to haggle. I told them how much I wanted to pay, put down and my monthly payments and they took a look at my trade-in and soon enough, Chad was walking back to the desk with owner's manuals. I said a few expletives in excitement. I was flabbergasted that I didn't have to haggle or negotiate. All I could say was yes. Thank you Chad and Luther Kia for a great car buying experience! More

Both my mother and sister bought new Kia Sorrento from John. He was very helpful explaining the features in the car and what will work or wouldn't work with both of their lifestyle.
