He had it warm and waiting when I arrived at the dealership, with other options in mind too. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the process. I had some financial restrictions which complicated the things a little, but Jeff found financing for me on a Mercury Montego that I love more and more everyday. I was highly satisfied with his customer service skills and appreciated how "pain-free" he made my car buying experience. Jamie Groth was also incredibly helpful when it came to making sure I got the best deal possible from the banks. She mirrored Jeff's friendly demeanor and professionalism. Both employees thoroughly and simply answered all of my questions. I am a customer that bases most of my loyalty to a company on customer service.
