I have utilized the service department at Luther Nissan in Inver Grove Heights several times. We have also purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I called today for an oil change and you were all booked. When I said I would have to go somewhere else, I got squeezed in. LOVED THAT! This dealership was pretty average. Everything I have come to expect from car dealers. I was not impressed with the sales representative that we worked with. He did not seem interested in figuring out wh come to expect from car dealers. I was not impressed with the sales representative that we worked with. He did not seem interested in figuring out what would be best for us. He just said this is what I have. The most frustrating part (per expectation) was the negotiation of pricing. The price of the vehicle I was looking at was priced above the KBB excelent, but they do not negotiate on posted vehicle pricing. They do however play the game with trade-ins. Of course the used vehicle I was looking at was above KBB excelent while they offered me less than the KBB fair value (which is below even the good value) for my trade. I just about left at that point. I move up the trade value by $2,000 and said absolutly nothing less than this, and after discussions with the sales manager where he asked me if I thought profit was a dirty word, they accepted. What a joke! KNOW THE VALUE OF YOUR TRADE-IN BEFORE YOU SHOP HERE!!!! I feel badly for anyone who gets a poor value from this dealership. I think I ended up with a decent deal after dealing with the xx, but I probably should have asked for more. More

This was so much better of an experience than the last time I bought a new car, which was at a different dealership. Igor was very nice and took a lot of time to go over everything I wanted to know about time I bought a new car, which was at a different dealership. When it came time to talk prices, I felt they were reasonable and didn't try to haggle me too much, which is a problem I have experienced with other dealers elsewhere. Everyone was friendly and helpful. After I purchased the car Igor continued to go over details of the car with me as much as I wanted, such as working the bluetooth system, and the navigation. I drove away in my new car very satisfied and happy with the whole experience and I love my new car. I definitely would recommend this dealership and Igor. More
