Greeted with a smile when I came in for an oil change (carries Amsoil oil & filters, which is a must for me), very helpful ensuring I understood what was needed to be done on the vehicle, recommended a c (carries Amsoil oil & filters, which is a must for me), very helpful ensuring I understood what was needed to be done on the vehicle, recommended a couple things (belts & cabin air filter) to be replaced, and made sure my car was washed and dried at the end....all this over my lunch hour! I looked at some new & used vehicles while I waited, and thought there were some great deals at this dealership. I will definitely buy my next car here as they have great vehicle selection (both new & used), and have a fantastic service team. Prices are a little higher than going to a Tires Plus, etc, but it is well worth the money for me. I would recommend this dealership to ANYone (and have!)! Doug Dean More

Great dealership. Great customer service, friendly staff. Drove into the service bay, was helped right away. Had an appt for an oil change. Overall this was the one of the more positive experiences during the car buying process. I felt that Joe was extremely helpful in figuring out what we needed in a car. I was very pleased with his customer service and I felt comfortable throughout the experience. The only reason I am rating customer service at a 4, is due to the time I spent waiting for the paperwork to go through. I know it can be a long process, but it felt longer than my previous car buying experience. I kind of felt forgotten and there wasn't much explanation as to why there was such a long wait. Regardless of the wait time, I think I would go back to Luther Nissan/Kia in the future for additional car needs. More
