I returned to the KIA dealership because my CD player quit working. The service is great. St. Paul with very efficient drop off and pick up. All of the customer service personnel were polite, efficient and knowledgeable, as was the cashier and shuttle driver. I did my research and knew they gave me a great price from the start. Scott was an AWESOME salesman. I had done a lot of research on my vehicle before I worked with Scott. I had a lot of questions and he could answer every single one without looking anything up. He also brought me to the vehicle to show demonstrate. He really knows his cars! When I left to talk things over at home I was given a handshake and absolutely no pressure to buy that evening. The next day I called Scott to ask a few more questions and to arrange a time to come in and purchase my new vehicle. He called me right back, even though it was his day off. I had both my kids with me when I did all the paperwork to buy my vehicle. Everyone was friendly and did everything they could to make sure my kids were happy/entertained. I was surprised to find out that there is a afternoon drop off time. When I dropped off my car for service, I was greeted right away and my information was already in the system as I had an appointment. drop off time. I had requested a courtesy car, and thought I would have to ask about where to find out about getting it, and they had it all ready for me in the service department. I was told that I would be contacted to let me know about a problem I thought I had with the front suspension. With in a few hours, I was called and told what the problem was, and the service department had it ready to go the next morning. The prices were all up front, no surprises. When I arrived to drop off the courtesy car and pick up my car, it was quick and easy. The price of the total repairs was far under what I thought it was going to be. I was told when making the appointment that it would be difficult to know if a few other parts would need to be replaced or not, and so when I found out that they didn't, I was quite pleased. I will definitely drive out of my way to go to Luther Kia in Inver Grove Heights! More
