Buying a new car is not always a pleasant experience due to the length of time it can take. You gear yourself up for a few hours not knowing what to expect. We walked into Luther Kia hoping to find a car and we did!!! Everyone was so great in helping us in making sure we got what we wanted and at the price we wanted! I made an appointment to get two recalls fixed on my 2006 Kia Sportage. I was told the recalled item would correct my ESC OFF light and differential light that has been on for the last month. I asked about it because I drove an hour to get there. In my mind get it all done the same day Everything went smoothly at first everyone was friendly and helpful. Dropping my car off and getting the loaner car went fabulous. I was told it would take four hours to fix, no big deal, so I took a day off of work. I pulled into the parking lot and there was no where to park the loaner, so I ended up double parking. I went in thinking it would go quickly and I would be on my way back to Wisconsin. Boy was I wrong...after waiting ten minutes for her to take care of the phones I signed my car out gave her the loaner keys and asked for mine. She insisted she would have someone bring it to the front for me. After twenty minutes of waiting I walked to my car, no one has even attempted to bring me my car. I walked back into the service area and asked for my keys. Another ten minutes goes by. Come to find out my keys were in the same place they were almost forty minutes ago. When I started my car the ESC and Differential light was off, so I was happy. The next morning I started my car both the ESC and the Differential light were on. Needless to say I was disappointed. I called the service department and asked what to do. He said I would have to bring it in again and have diagnostics on it. Now the reason I am giving a not so good rating is because of the following. 1. I asked about the lights and was told they would be fixed due to the recall, and they are still on. 2. Trying to pick my car up was the worst service I have ever had because I ended up having to do myself after waiting for over forty minutes. 3. How do I know they even fixed the recall? They want to charge me 95 bucks just for the diagnostics. When I was told the problem would be fixed. If my car would have been fixed like they said, I would have let all the bad stuff slide. I just wanted what I was told, nothing more, nothing less. Now I just feel like a girl who is getting taken advantage of by another car dealership. More

I came into Luther Kia looking to test drive the Sportage with no intention of purchasing that day. Igor helped me out with the test drive and told me all about the vehicle before I even got into the driver' with no intention of purchasing that day. Igor helped me out with the test drive and told me all about the vehicle before I even got into the driver's seat. Any question I had during the test drive he answered without hesitation. After the test drive we went back to the dealership and he went over my options and some numbers. I never once felt any pressure from him to buy that day. He gave me his card and told me to call him with any questions that I forgot to ask. He called me two days later to ask if I had any other concerns and to ask if I was interested in making an appointment. He asked what color I would like and told me if it was no longer available he would find what I wanted and get it to the dealer by the time my appointment was. During the appointment he walked me through every detail and explained anything I didn't understand. Going through the financial process, Jamie answered all my questions very well and also helped me understand anything she was telling me. The whole process in general was very fast and moved along smoothly. Igor also showed me the service department and helped me set up my first oil change. Once I got my keys Igor went over everything in the interior of the car to make sure I knew how everything worked including setting up my phone for bluetooth and helping change the time. I was also originally looking at a Hyundai and picked Kia because of the great service and attention I received from Igor. If I ever need another car or if someone asks me about where to go I will 100% always suggest Luther Kia and Igor. I will definitely be back for my next car. More

Took my Kia Rio for its 30K service, plus there was some belt screeching. The belt had been changed by them some 2000 miles prior. Since they did not have the parts in stock and had to wait 3 days for them, they let me keep the loaner car at no charge. Extra nice! My only complaint would be that their price seems a bit steep; although it is probably in line with other dealers... More

Mikhail and Adam helped me not only find a car for me; a 2012 Rogue with 42 miles on it, but they worked with me to find a price that I could afford. I recently graduated 5 years of college, and my job is on the low side of paychecks. When I went in to have my protection plan applied, I noticed there was grit and grime on the grill. When he could not remove it, Adam ordered a new grill for me at no cost, and had it installed upon arrival. Michael worked with me to find the best deal on a loan; he even applied another discount to my interest rate and redid all the paperwork so I could save some cash. I can't promise they have "the best" prices around, but the experience was great; I didn't feel like I was being pressured to buy, they took the time to explain everything to me, and stayed well past closing time to finalize my purchase. Without expecting to, I was able to leave that evening with my new Rogue. More
