I never felt any kind of pressure and was at ease the whole time I was there. After I purchased my new Sorento, he sat with me in the car for over an hour explaining everything to me. He followed up with me a few times that week to make sure everything was going OK or if I had any questions and when I told him I forgot half of what he showed me, he made an appt with me to explain it all over again. When my lease is up, I hope to work with him again. More
