I have been servicing my vehicle here for over 2 years now and I have no been as dissatisfied as I was today. The advisor told me my tire tread was 7/32 and the person who serviced my vehicle said I was a now and I have no been as dissatisfied as I was today. The advisor told me my tire tread was 7/32 and the person who serviced my vehicle said I was at 8/32. Andrew kept pushing me for a tire rotation when all my tread is worn evenly, at least according to the paperwork. For all of my visits over the last year or so I've been told to replace the cabin filter and now, after today, I was told its fine. How does that happen? I'm seriously considering finding a new place to service my vehicle. I don't like inconsistencies and I got nothing but inconsistent on this visit More

Have been to Luther Nissan Kia for oil changes every 3-6 months for the past two years. They have great service. Greet you promptly and on time for appointments. They are friendly and honest. I always leave with my car in much nicer condition than it was when I arrived. The complimentary car wash and vacuum are a definite draw! It is a drive down to Inver Grove Heights, but worth it over the closer chain quick lube place, mostly due to the great service. They have also successfully lured me back with repeated phone calls offering great deals. More

We went there to trade my daughters car for a different car. Her car still had a bit of money still owed on the loan. I have been a customer at Luther Nissan for the past 8 years and in that time I've only dealt with Sue and Eric. I have purchased 7 cars both for myself and my wife. I will never buy a car from anyone e years and in that time I've only dealt with Sue and Eric. I have purchased 7 cars both for myself and my wife. I will never buy a car from anyone else. For my last purchase I wasn't even in the market to buy a car. I was at the dealership getting my oil changed. While I was at the dealership I looked around for a while, I stopped in to see Sue. Well wouldn't you know it, I saw a car I absolutely fell in love with. Only problem, the cost. So joking around I told Sue if she could get me to a payment that was close to what I was paying now I would buy it. I really didn't think it was going to happen. I have to say, Sue did everything she could and 4 days later with various rebates I purchased a brand new Nissan Maxima. Sue went above and beyond not only to sell me a car but she made my day. I've always wanted a Maxima, test drove them in the past, however it was never in my price range. Sue really stepped up and got me the deal of a lifetime. Not only did she get me a deal, she also took me from A-Z getting to know my new car and all of it's abilities/functions. Sue's customer service is the best in the industry. I love dealing with Sue so much that I've brought colleagues and friends to Sue to buy cars. Sue is very honest and really does care about her customers. She is the best car salesperson I have ever had dealings with. I will continue to only shop at Luther Nissan and deal with Sue when I am there. It might not be for another 3 years but if any of my friends and family need help with their buying needs I will be bringing them to Sue at Luther Nissan. This was my second new car purchase, the first being a 2011 Kia Optima EX GDI and recently a 2013 Kia Optima SX. There was nothing wrong with the first Optima, except I wanted some options in the car and 2011 Kia Optima EX GDI and recently a 2013 Kia Optima SX. Everyone from my sales guy Igor Tenebaum to Jamie Groth in financing and Greg Isham in the service department were all great to work with. I felt comfortable and not pressured in an way, which meant a lot to me. More
