Took my Kia Rio for its 30K service, plus there was some belt screeching. The belt had been changed by them some 2000 miles prior. They retightened the belt at no charge, did the service at the price quote belt screeching. The belt had been changed by them some 2000 miles prior. Since they did not have the parts in stock and had to wait 3 days for them, they let me keep the loaner car at no charge. Extra nice! Mikhail and Adam helped me not only find a car for me; a 2012 Rogue with 42 miles on it, but they worked with me to find a price that I could afford. I recently graduated 5 years of college, and my job is on the low side of paychecks. When I went in to have my protection plan applied, I noticed there was grit and grime on the grill. When he could not remove it, Adam ordered a new grill for me at no cost, and had it installed upon arrival. Michael worked with me to find the best deal on a loan; he even applied another discount to my interest rate and redid all the paperwork so I could save some cash. I can't promise they have "the best" prices around, but the experience was great; I didn't feel like I was being pressured to buy, they took the time to explain everything to me, and stayed well past closing time to finalize my purchase. Without expecting to, I was able to leave that evening with my new Rogue. More

I came into Luther Kia looking to test drive the Sportage with no intention of purchasing that day. Igor helped me out with the test drive and told me all about the vehicle before I even got into the driver' with no intention of purchasing that day. After the test drive we went back to the dealership and he went over my options and some numbers. I never once felt any pressure from him to buy that day. He gave me his card and told me to call him with any questions that I forgot to ask. He called me two days later to ask if I had any other concerns and to ask if I was interested in making an appointment. He asked what color I would like and told me if it was no longer available he would find what I wanted and get it to the dealer by the time my appointment was. During the appointment he walked me through every detail and explained anything I didn't understand. Going through the financial process, Jamie answered all my questions very well and also helped me understand anything she was telling me. The whole process in general was very fast and moved along smoothly. Igor also showed me the service department and helped me set up my first oil change. Once I got my keys Igor went over everything in the interior of the car to make sure I knew how everything worked including setting up my phone for bluetooth and helping change the time. I was also originally looking at a Hyundai and picked Kia because of the great service and attention I received from Igor. If I ever need another car or if someone asks me about where to go I will 100% always suggest Luther Kia and Igor. I will definitely be back for my next car. More

This dealership was pretty average. Everything I have come to expect from car dealers. I was not impressed with the sales representative that we worked with. He did not seem interested in figuring out wh come to expect from car dealers. I was not impressed with the sales representative that we worked with. He did not seem interested in figuring out what would be best for us. He just said this is what I have. The most frustrating part (per expectation) was the negotiation of pricing. The price of the vehicle I was looking at was priced above the KBB excelent, but they do not negotiate on posted vehicle pricing. They do however play the game with trade-ins. Of course the used vehicle I was looking at was above KBB excelent while they offered me less than the KBB fair value (which is below even the good value) for my trade. I just about left at that point. I move up the trade value by $2,000 and said absolutly nothing less than this, and after discussions with the sales manager where he asked me if I thought profit was a dirty word, they accepted. What a joke! KNOW THE VALUE OF YOUR TRADE-IN BEFORE YOU SHOP HERE!!!! I feel badly for anyone who gets a poor value from this dealership. I think I ended up with a decent deal after dealing with the xx, but I probably should have asked for more. More

This was so much better of an experience than the last time I bought a new car, which was at a different dealership. When it came time to talk prices, I felt they were reasonable and didn't try to haggle me too much, which is a problem I have experienced with other dealers elsewhere. Everyone was friendly and helpful. After I purchased the car Igor continued to go over details of the car with me as much as I wanted, such as working the bluetooth system, and the navigation. I drove away in my new car very satisfied and happy with the whole experience and I love my new car. I definitely would recommend this dealership and Igor. More

I called today for an oil change and you were all booked. When I said I would have to go somewhere else, I got squeezed in. LOVED THAT!
