Great Service until you leave the dealership My wife and I came in to test drive new cars. We left with the new Kia Optima after test driving 3 different cars. The team was helpful and informative during our time there. Yet, once you start talking about trade ins, payments, and financing, that's when things change. I got a terrible trade in value for my car. We came in because we saw an ad for $100 dollar lease payment per month with $3K down. We left paying over $5k and a $200 dollar lease payment. They said they'd following up the following business day by setting up our e-services subscription and our first oil change appointment and 3 weeks later and I still haven't received anything after following up with the sales person twice. Not satisfied with the service. More

On Saturday morning, we drove to Luther Nissan where met Scott. We had many questions about the vehicle, the dealership and the manufacturer, having never had a Nissan product before. With Scott's exemplary listening of our questions, we got all the information we required to know we were in the right place at the right time. Our second meeting with Scott occurred a few weeks later when we completed the paperwork and took possession of our new Rogue. Again, this was a very pleasant, efficient and productive process. We will be recommending this agent and dealership to whomever we know that is in the market for a vehicle. More

Great Experience I had a 2009 Dodge Journey that I have been wanting to trade in for some time now. I was going to make my last attempt to see if anyone would help me get into a better vehicle with better gas mileage. I drove down to Woodbury to visit a friend and we looked at the Luther website the night before and then went to Luther on Saturday May 3rd. Everyone at Luther went above and beyond to find a deal that would work for me. I was elated to get my first truly new vehicle(it still had plastic all over the interior) and trade in my older car.
