Joe Ray was great - he was my initial contact on chat, which turned into e-mail which led to meeting him personally. HE would be the reason I would recommend this location. He is very laid back, personable and listened to our parameters without pressuring us in anyway. I was actually very disappointed with the financing piece. Once Joe passed our information onto the financial department (and I can't remember our finance agent's name) - our great experience turned a little south. First off, we waited for at least 30 minutes before we were assisted. Our agent did come out to give us a status on where he was at with out process, but still took a long time. Then we went upstairs to a very unprofessional office that was very unorganized and had stacks of boxes of shirts (?) I believe. He started going through our numbers and when I questioned the trade value he had given us he just said "well I have nothing to do with that, I only help you finance the vehicle" - this was a bit frustrating. He didn't offer to get Joe to discuss or negotiate with us...just continued on with his finance package. He then reviewed the available warranties - he had printed them all in package form and was scribbling out the package and re-writing the a la carte prices. We agreed on the terms (although it was $40 more that we had expected....we were told by the Sales Manager we would be around $100/month for the lease). When we were in the process of signing the documents he realized he had the incorrect lease length and had to re-print. Everyone makes mistakes - but the entire lease process from the atmosphere to the accuracy was very mediocre. By this point, I just wanted to finish the deal and get home. It was over a 4 hour experience - we arrived with a specific stock number (that showed on the website, but was sold when we arrived) - we didn't eve do a test drive and what started off to be a good experience with Joe - spiraled into a second-rate experience. I am having a little buyers remorse - wishing I would have pushed back more on the trade value, questioned the pricing of the vehicle as supposedly we got a great deal for a manual transmission, etc. I would recommend Joe Ray to ANYONE - you have a superstar there....... but overall I would say our experience was ok. Very disatisfied with the disconnect between the salesman and finance agent. More

This dealer had some issues for me but definitely made it perfect and overall a great experience. They are extremely friendly and the service department is very top notch. Yes, everything went smoothly overall. Joe was patient and did not pressure us. He answered all questions and was helpful in every way. I brought my vehicle in for warranty work and they had to order parts so I had to come back two weeks later. There was some confusion on my part on whether or not I was eligible for a loaner car. Mike was great to work with and really helped me out in a jam. I wish my vehicle could have been fixed the first time I had it in, but it is understandable that parts needed to be ordered. They were all very customer friendly and were able to put the customer first when it came to helping me with the loaner car. It was refreshing to have a service department willing to work on the customers behalf. Thanks More
DO NOT TRUST !!! They sold a truck right out from under us after promising us that the truck was ours. We made them a fair offer and it wasn't accepted. They kept telling us to meet them halfway on the dea us after promising us that the truck was ours. We made them a fair offer and it wasn't accepted. They kept telling us to meet them halfway on the deal when what they were really saying is just take the price we want you to take. We Took the truck and had it inspected by a trusted mechanic only to find out that there was a trouble code and the tires on the truck were illegal. We left that day and got a call on Monday saying if we didn't come buy the truck it was going to auction. My boyfriend answered to them okay no big deal. The truck sat on the lot for two more weeks. I got the call from the dealership on Saturday saying that if he was still interested in the truck that he could have it at his offer. He called them back and said yes he would buy the truck and that he would be able to get it in the middle of the week. They promised him that the truck would be waiting for him. Now on Monday after talking with the bank to get the loan he calls them back to give them an exact date that he will be there to pick it up and hand over the check he gets told sorry we sold the truck on Saturday. This after being promised that the truck would be there waiting for him to get. DO NOT TRUST!!! Will tell you one thing and then turn around and do this to you!!!! I was only there for support and was told that I should talk to him and get him to buy the truck. I had no say in buying the truck due to the fact that I would not be driving it or paying the car loan. Again DO NOT TRUST!!! More

It was a big step for me with this economy but I know I made the right dission. This is my third Kia so I know I am getting a reliable, safe, and comfortable ride. My sales person, Sue, was terrific; the best experience I have buying a car and I've purchased several in my life. She was knowledgeable, service centered, checked in with me throughout the process, listene have buying a car and I've purchased several in my life. She was knowledgeable, service centered, checked in with me throughout the process, listened to my needs and was patient to test drive several vehicles with me. There was no pressure to purchase and instead I found a desire to help me find the best vehicle for my needs and price point. It was a really great sales experience. The vehicle I purchased had the "check engine" light on at the time I took possession and Luther Nissan Kia corrected the problems (there were several) at no cost to me. The service I received from Adam Bistodeau was exemplary -- best in class. I previously was receiving service at Morrie's Mazda in Minnetonka (the location that sells Mazeratis) and the service there, albeit good, was not even close to what I experienced with Adam. He deserves a bonus, a raise and a promotion. My first oil change was complimentary. Overall, a fantastic experience with a dealership that knows cars but most of all, knows customers. More
