First, my internet sales representative (Chad), was very prompt in responding to both my initial inquiry and follow-up questions and concerns. I don't believe I've ever had such a good experience dealing with any other on-line representatives from any business I've dealt with in the past. Until now I never believed that such swift and efficient on-line service existed. Secondly, my sales representative (Tom), who accompanied me for a test drive was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions fully. At no time did I feel I was being pressured into a sale, which totally goes against the grain of the stereotypical car salesman. I've purchased a few new vehicles in my lifetime, and I can easily say my experience with Luther Nissan Kia was by far the best I've ever experienced. There was some damage to the vehicle, probably caused during initial transport, that required installation of a new sun roof and some minor body work. I did not feel forgotten by the Sales Representative since he kept me advised regularly on the status of the repairs. Most sales people tend to feel their responsibility ends after getting a signature on a contract, but never did it seem that way during my car buying experience. Needed oil change and had questions about a couple unusual noises relating to my vehicle. Information received from Adam Bistodeau after the technician had done a test drive did validate that one of unusual noises relating to my vehicle. I was in an hour within the hour that the service rep estimated. That in my opinion was great I hate being told about one hour and I'm still waiting two hours later. I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment and I arrived at 8:55 a.m. Scott approached me with a friendly smile and was very prompt in writing up the service order. My vehicle was serviced within an hour and I left with a complimentary car wash. I have been coming to Luther Nissan Kia for three and one half years for all my service and maintenance needs.
