Basically sold me a lemon, would not return phone calls and when I spoke wit the dealership GM (BRAD KNUTSON) he basically said too bad. Would not do ANYTHING to help, and i was stranded and forced to to f and when I spoke wit the dealership GM (BRAD KNUTSON) he basically said too bad. Would not do ANYTHING to help, and i was stranded and forced to to fork up $1600 for repairs. I would NEVER recommend Luther dealerships and will actively google this review. More

Stephen Cornell was absolutely terrific to work with. I would give him 10 stars out of 5!! However, the trade in value I felt was too low and the pressure and force towards pushing an extended warranty was would give him 10 stars out of 5!! Even after I explained that I had an event that evening I was already very late for Eric Nieves kept on with his forceful sales pitch. I'm a repeat customer of Dave Burns. I bought a 2010 Nissan Murano from him last April. That vehicle was totaled and I immediately thought of Dave when I had to find another car. Contacted Dave and came Nissan Murano from him last April. That vehicle was totaled and I immediately thought of Dave when I had to find another car. Contacted Dave and came in to see him. Told him I wanted something similar to what I got last time. He showed me a 2011 Murano, black on black. I feel in love again. We started the paper work and went in to meet with Jamie. By far she is the friendliest finance manager I've worked with. She explained to me in details my whole contract and my extended warranty options. I had a better understanding of my options and I believed she helped me picked out an option that was best fit for me and for my budget. It was such a pleasure working with these two. I would definitely recommend Luther to anyone of my friends/families. More
I needed to get my car in on an urgent basis as I had a problem with a tire that kept losing air. It was a big concern, especially given the brutally cold weather we're experiencing. The staff worked with me so I could leave the car with them. They discovered a screw in the inner sidewall. Unfortunately that meant a new tire, but I now feel safe on the road. I appreciated their flexibility and efforts to work with me as I know they were booked solid. More
After so many times of bringing my old car to a different shop, I finally decided to bring it back to this Nissan dealer. As everyone knows, repair fee from a dealer is more expensiv, but I thought if it w shop, I finally decided to bring it back to this Nissan dealer. As everyone knows, repair fee from a dealer is more expensiv, but I thought if it will be a one time deal, then it was worthwhile for me. My experience with this dealership was superior. Andrew seemed to be honest in answering my questions. He was very accommodating and patient with my inquiries and request. The car he loaned was great. I rated the work as 4 vs 5 because I just got my car back and still smelling as if something is burning. Further inquiry I was told that it is a residual problem and should be gone in 2 days. So far the rest are good but too early to rate the work as excellent. If I have no problem with it in at least one month, then I will rate the work as 5. Spending $2,300.00 for an old car may be not been a good idea, but it is what it is. I rated the price as 4 because that was a lot of money. However, I don't have any point of comparisson if I have brought it to another shop. If this car will last me another 2 years without repair, then it will be all worth to pay this amount.
