Great Sales I bought my Pathfinder from Luther Kia. After looking at some other cars I saw a Pathfinder at Luther Kia. I got there and was greeted by another sa I bought my Pathfinder from Luther Kia. After looking at some other cars I saw a Pathfinder at Luther Kia. I got there and was greeted by another sales man. Looks like he was not part of the used car sale person so he got me Ryan Hamre. He was prompt and wanted to help me in anyway possible. It showed that they were supposed to have two Pathfinders in the year that i wanted. He was able to located on right away. While we were looking at it he left me to explore the vehicle while he went to find the other. He came back and apologized that their system was not updated because the other vehicle was just sold yesterday. That was understandable. Unfortunately, the vehicle that I saw did not have all the features that I wanted. So I left my information for him in case there was any that came in. Lucky for me there was one that came in 2 days later. Ryan was prompt on calling me and I went to check it out. He had both vehicle parked in the front and even handed me both keys and said take as long as you want. Really liked the vehicle, but needed to think about it. Called Ryan 3 days later and it was still there. When i got there he was prompt in greeting me and we went to work on the paper work. The Pathfinder was not certified and i really wanted it to. So Ryan helped me out and we tried to make it Certified. He worked very hard for me, it was nice because I felt that he was there for me and to make me happy. At the end we figured it might be better to buy a warranty because it will last longer and he even got his manager to add the certified if we didn't buy the warranty. Was in and out in 2.5 hours. They even got me a better APR than my bank. Found out that there was a loose heat shield after I brought it home and called Ryan back. He was able to talk to his boss and they even agree to have me bring it in and have them take a look at it and fix whatever it can be at no charge. Luckily it was only a loose heat shield. Was in and out in 30 min. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and this salesman. They really went out of their way to help me. More

From the initial inquiry about the vehicle, online prequalifying, meet & greet @ dealership and overall buying process was AMAZING!!! As a female I felt very comfortable with the process, not pressured to buy a Brand New Car. Although the car specs and features of the new vehicle were offered and presented, benefits of owning brand new vs used, etc I never felt 'bullied" so to speak, when I spoke they listened. Feel like they were fair, approachable and have the buyers best interests in mind not just a 'dollar'. Feel like I got the most for the $ I was looking to spend with fantastice customer service. Have never owned a Kia and never thought I would but after researching vehicles I was off on the venture of purchasing one...by surprise...without headache or breaking my bank account!
