Nissan Luther Kia was more than welcoming when I walked into their doors. Everyone smiled/said hi, and it made the company feel very friendly/welcoming. My personal sales person (Yer Sumner) was very help into their doors. Everyone smiled/said hi, and it made the company feel very friendly/welcoming. My personal sales person (Yer Sumner) was very helpful and understanding of my personal needs and worked with me to brainstorm an option that would work for me. She went out of her way to make sure I understood every part of the process. She was respectful and not too pushy. My financial adviser (Erick Gieves*) was also very helpful. Because my personal needs were a little bit more complicated he worked diligently to see what was the best option he could give me that still worked in my favor.
