My visit to this dealer was as seamless, efficient, and extremely positive. The reps, Neil and Dave were very personable and the entire sales experience was consultative and low-pressure as possible. Additionally, this dealership's process (and perhaps Luther's process corporate-wide) seems very streamlined without having the conveyor-belt feel. Hats of to these folks for making the buying process as quick and simple as possible. Also, the after-sales F&I person was very friendly and didn't push the protective sealants (or any of those things that I would never buy) but rather just gave me all the information necessary in order for me to make an informed decision if I were interested. I came in for an oil change. Everybody was super-friendly. I was told the car would be ready in about 45 minutes, but it was 30 minutes at the most. My car was washed and vacuumed. The check engine light came on less than 2 weeks after we bought our used vehicle so we promptly brought it in. They were able to look at it and diagnose the problem and determine that it was covered under t bought our used vehicle so we promptly brought it in. They were able to look at it and diagnose the problem and determine that it was covered under the 30 day warranty so we didn't have to pay a dime. However, when we brought it in we were asked if we had about an hour to wait around. We decided to wait and over an hour later they finally came and told us they were still working on it and it would be about another 15 minutes. About 30 minutes later they were finally done and told us they had to order a part and we would have to bring it back in to be replaced and it would take another hour and a half to replace it. We got the call on a Friday afternoon stating the part was in and we could bring our car back in and drop it off at any time. So, we brought our car in that day after work only to find out they close at 6 pm (we showed up at 5:55pm). The person who left the voicemail we could drop it off anytime but never mentioned closing at 6pm on Fridays. So we had to wait until the following week to bring it in and drop it off. We brought it back on the following Tuesday evening and they told us there was a chance it could be done that night, but more likely Wednesday morning. We didn't get a call all day until almost 9pm Wednesday night. We would have appreciated it a lot more if they would have kept us up to speed on closing early on Fridays, gave us better time estimates or at least let us know what is going on if they run over those time estimates. However, on a good note they always wash the car after getting service done and, since our car was left outside overnight Wednesday and it snowed all day Wednesday, they cleared the car of snow as best they could and rather than having us walk through the snowy parking lot to get the car, they pulled it right into the service department for us. All in all, we had pretty good service, just the time estimates and the lack of keeping us in the loop is what we are frustrated with. More
Took my 2013 Sorento in because gas nozzle kept kicking off when trying to fill the tank. They discovered it was a problem with the tank which Kia knows is happening to some Sorentos. They had to order the off when trying to fill the tank. They discovered it was a problem with the tank which Kia knows is happening to some Sorentos. They had to order the parts and advised they will provide me with a loaner car when I drop it off again for the service. Advisor said service will be under warrenty. It took almost an hour and a half to diagnose the problem but Adam apologized for my wait when he came to advise me of the issue. Great service! No complaints here! More

We were beyond happy with our sale at Luther! We were not impressed with the Kia dealership close to where we live (Kia of St. Cloud) so we made the drive to Inver Grove Heights. WOW!
