I was recomended by a friend to visit Luther Nissan Kia of Inver Grove Heights and I am so happy I went! I first went in on saturday and worked with Dave. He showed me a nice car but it just wasnt for of Inver Grove Heights and I am so happy I went! I first went in on saturday and worked with Dave. He showed me a nice car but it just wasnt for me. He then went back and did some digging and found a car on its way to the lot. I was then scheduled to come back on Tuesday. When I got in on Tuesday I met with Joe and he took me out to drive my new used Mitsubishi Outlander. He made sure I was happy with what I was getting amd that I knew all the great features. When it came to financing Eric made it smooth and painless. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. Over all I would highly recommend the great staff at Inver grove Heights. Probably one of the best car dealership experiences I have had. JP wasn't pushy at all, he sat me down for maybe 5 minutes to get an idea of what I wanted to see/test drive and then just let me go for i have had. He was very knowledgable about all of the choices I was looking into. And he actually suggested the Sorento - I thought it would be way out of my price range. But he was able to make it work for me. Answered all of my question via email in a timely manner and in person didnt try to sell me too much on anything. I was a little nervous about starting a lease but it went great. Raul was also very helpful when it came time to sign all of the papers. Explained everything slowly and concisely so I didnt leave thinking I had signed my life away.
