Called one day ahead of the appointment to make sure we were on the same page. Everything was good. I brought my car in that Thursday night for my Friday assigned service. Took home a beautiful hybrid Optima with only 4,900 miles on it. I had forgotten to mention a minor recall letter that I had received in the mail a few months earlier, and that was no problem for them. So on Friday, my car was due to be finished at 4:00 p.m. So I phoned at 3:30 to see if I should be heading out soon to go pick up my car. Adam B. mentioned he is off at 4:00 but that he could see my car just now pulling into the finished area of the lot. Knowing this, I wanted to get over to Luther Kia before Adam would leave for the day, so I quickly grabbed what I needed to head over out the door. I was rounding the ben of the road at 4:01 and I could see a mechanic that I recognize from there so I thought with disappointment that I might miss Adam and that I would need to deal with another service representative. But to my delight, Adam was still there and was attending to others in his special care-and-smiling way. He acknowledged me, said he had my paperwork right there and would be right with me. Always needing a bathroom break, I took advantage of this moment to make a quick sprint to use the facilities. When I arrived back, I was able to get my paperwork from Adam but I told him, I would need a quick run-down on how the new remote start works. Even though it was way past his time to leave at this point, he very courteously took the time to walk out to my car and show me how to use the new feature, and I'm glad I did because it takes a minute or two to get used to. I even wrote on the paperwork for Luther Kia that Adam is the best. I rate my experience with Luther Kia and Adam, off the charts. Simply put, I am totally happy with my experience this time as well as in the past times using Luther Kia Service for my Kia Sportage. I also give credit to Luther Kia for keeping my previous vehicle 2001 Kia Sportage up and running, which my son now is using. I highly recommend Luther Kia and Adam as an excellent place to go to to service your vehicle and to keep it in the best top-rated condition. My first brand new Kia Sportage was in 1998, it had 3 year 36000 mile warranty back then, so I traded it in and bought my brand new 2001 Kia Sportage with the 100,000 mile warranty and it used that car for 13 years until this year when I bought my 3rd brand new car, 2014 Kia Sportage. More

Service at it's peak We have now officially purchased or leased eight vehicles from Luther Nissan Kia. We've grown accustomed to an outstanding level of service and customer interaction that only this particular dealership can provide. In particular Dave Ramy deserves to be called out as a leader and role model for others working in his store. We've worked with him on seven of the eight deals and he's held at least three different roles throughout that time frame - from sales to finance through management. This review was almost listed with all ZEROES but Dave came to the rescue and helped us to achieve our goals and undid the terror caused by the sales rep we had originally worked with. Dave had Tom, from sales, help us with the smaller details and he was much more ideal to work with. I won't call out the "bad" sales reps name because he does have good reviews on here and I understand that when we first went in it was very busy and he was trying to work with multiple people. Raul in Finance - as always is pleasant, perky and mindful of customers time. I will continue to recommend to friends and family that they at least buy from the Luther family of dealerships - especially from this particular lot. Nissan is definitely a top quality vehicle and Kia is starting to push cars that leap past economy and bound into the quality territory while remaining economically priced. More
