Now 3 years later, ready for a trade, I made a call to Jeff, who again was willing to accommodate my hours, he set up a 9am appointment for me the next day (Saturday) and by 1pm the same day I was driving away in my new vehicle. Traded in our 2011 Kia Sorento for a 2014 Kia Sorento. The sales folks and staff were great, excellent follow up and very knowledgeable. I decided to give Luther a try after working with another local east side metro Kia dealer to fix a speaker problem which after in the shop 4 times could not isolate the problem and basically blew it off. I just left this go for awhile but really got more frustrated as time went on. I went to Luther and they actually listened and understood the issue. Needless to say this was not an easy fix. I ended up working directly with the tech and after sometime he was able to isolate the problem and solve it. Because of the experience I do give this Luther dealership a "Thumbs up" and a great thank you!!! More
The service was exceptional. Not only you did the Due Diligence the service department staff was supposed to do at first but also you listened to my concern attentively, asked all the relevant questions and handled the situation amicably. You called the insurance company explained the situation to them and follow through even called me back the same night to let me know that the insurance company solved the issue and got to the bottom of it. You are a typical example of "Best Practice" the company needs to implement across all the departments. Thank you! DJW More

My husband had a bad experience with another dealership on a previous purchase for a daughter several years back. However, Joe Ray and Raul Tirado were excellent Luther representatives. My husband enjoyed working with Joe. Both Joe and Raul took into consideration my husband’s previous experience and handled the sale very professionally.
