Unfortunately my 2008 Nissan Altima has needed some TLC lately but fortunately I bought a very good warranty. I brought it in because my front passenger tire was losing air and my tire sensor light came on lately but fortunately I bought a very good warranty. I brought it in because my front passenger tire was losing air and my tire sensor light came on and stayed on after filling the tire. Turned out that the sensor for it another tire needed to be replaced (the 3rd one). The young man who was helping me, (Lionel?) was very nice but not knowledgeable of my warranty. I had ask him to not do any work until I knew what the problem was, as I am on a fixed income. So Greg Isham who has help me before, showed him the ropes of my warranty and the cost went from $600 to $o. My car got fixed and I left happy!! Greg has earned the trust of a person who has been burned by shady mechanic's in the past. He is kind, genuine and respectable, because of that I have and will continue to refer my family and friends to your dealership... More

Basically sold me a lemon, would not return phone calls and when I spoke wit the dealership GM (BRAD KNUTSON) he basically said too bad. Would not do ANYTHING to help, and i was stranded and forced to to f and when I spoke wit the dealership GM (BRAD KNUTSON) he basically said too bad. Stephen Cornell was absolutely terrific to work with. I would give him 10 stars out of 5!! However, the trade in value I felt was too low and the pressure and force towards pushing an extended warranty was would give him 10 stars out of 5!!
