I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in January. From the second I walked in the door everyone was great. We had one bump in the road during the purchase process and they handled it perfectly. I got what I wanted in the price point I needed and got a fair amount for my trade. I had to bring the car back for a issue with the windows and they fixed it, replaced the problem in all 4 windows, and gave me an oil change free. I've been there 4 times total and every time I was treated well, greeted with a smile, and always taken care of in a timely manner. I will recommend this dealership to anyone I know that is looking for a vehicle. Thank You! More
My lock ceased working on the door of my Sedona....came in on Monday and made an appt. for it to be replaced on Wed. That evening I needed to fill up with gas but found that the button on the door to open in on Monday and made an appt. for it to be replaced on Wed. That evening I needed to fill up with gas but found that the button on the door to open the gas tank also did not work. As a result, I could not get gas and my car was on empty. I called the dealership and told them I needed the door fixed Tuesday since I had no way of getting to work if I could not drive my car. The man I talked to said to be at the dealership at 6:45 AM to get a loaner vehicle and to leave my car for repair since I was to be at work by 7:00. I arrived at 6:45 and was told to wait until they opened at 7:00 (I walked into the service dept. through the door where the employees walk in.) As a result, I was 15 minutes late to work. I was then called three hours later and told that beyond the door repair my car needed rear brake pads, a power steering fluid flush, an air filter and another flush to clean the engine. I declined those services since I already had an appt at the garage near my house that services my vehicle at the end of the week to look at the brakes (and they would also put in an air filter for 12.95 as opposed to the 34.95 you would charge). When I picked my vehicle up, I saw that the slip also said I had poor treads on my tires and that your service dept. recommends that I get new tires. I find that interesting since I just had new tires put on my vehicle the last week in June. The tires that I bought were higher end tires and the tread shows absolutely no wear whatsoever. So why the recommendation for something my vehicle doesn't need? Really makes me question everything else recommended......and makes me wonder if there is a commission to be made for every service that you can sell to your customers. I have had positive experiences at your company in the past but definitely I did not this time....I was very disappointed! More
Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Stephan stayed late and went over all the options on the minivan and answered all our questions. He was able to make it happen for us and get the rate and term we could work with. Rich was able to get an acceptable value for our trade in and was friendly and respectful. The whole experience took some time, but they all made it happen and I was surprised to be walking out of there the same day with my used (new to me) vehicle! The people we worked with mostly (Stephan and Raul had a positive attitude, pride in there work and their dealership and a smile on their face. It made the whole process relatively painless. I would come here again in the future and recommend this facility to anyone. More

My lease was only a year old from this dealership when in this horrible icy winter we have had, I had an accident which totaled out my little Soul. It was seamless, no hassle and I am back in the car that kept me safe. Plus, these guys make me laugh, so the stress of the week was gone. Everything about the dealership was great. I had called ahead to make sure the vehicle was still available and the same rep called me back in less than 5 mins. It took about an hour to get to a finance rep but once we did, it went very smoothly and everyone was very friendly and considerate. More
I think I met Jeff maybe 6 or 7 years ago. Just prior to meeting Jeff, I had visited a Honda dealership and my experience there was -I'll just say, the sales staff made me feel uncomfortable. He was amazingly professional and compassionate towards me and my situation. He was determined to help me, and he did. I "purchased" my first KIA at Luther Kia. Three years later, I came back and requested that Jeff help me again to lease my first Nissan. Again, Jeff was professional, friendly, informative, patient, and polite, which is why..... three years later, I chose to work with Jeff a third time to "lease" my second Nissan. Besides the cars being great, Jeff is the biggest reason that I keep doing business with Luther Kia. More
