From the initial inquiry about the vehicle, online prequalifying, meet & greet @ dealership and overall buying process was AMAZING!!! As a female I felt very comfortable with the process, not pressured to buy a Brand New Car. Although the car specs and features of the new vehicle were offered and presented, benefits of owning brand new vs used, etc I never felt 'bullied" so to speak, when I spoke they listened. Feel like they were fair, approachable and have the buyers best interests in mind not just a 'dollar'. Feel like I got the most for the $ I was looking to spend with fantastice customer service. Have never owned a Kia and never thought I would but after researching vehicles I was off on the venture of purchasing one...by surprise...without headache or breaking my bank account! Great Service until you leave the dealership My wife and I came in to test drive new cars. We left with the new Kia Optima after test driving 3 different cars. The team was helpful and informative during our time there. Yet, once you start talking about trade ins, payments, and financing, that's when things change. I got a terrible trade in value for my car. We came in because we saw an ad for $100 dollar lease payment per month with $3K down. We left paying over $5k and a $200 dollar lease payment. They said they'd following up the following business day by setting up our e-services subscription and our first oil change appointment and 3 weeks later and I still haven't received anything after following up with the sales person twice. Not satisfied with the service. More
