Luther Kia of Inver Grove

We went to other Kia dealerships before going to Luther Kia. We were very much disappointed with the customer service of the other dealerships. I had seen commercials on TV for Luther and suggested to my Kia. We were very much disappointed with the customer service of the other dealerships. I had seen commercials on TV for Luther and suggested to my husband that we check out your dealership. We were in need of two vehicles. Garrett was our sales assoc. and he was great. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles which we were interested in. We spoke of our son who was coming home on leave that day and compared notes regarding military service. We enjoyed our conversations with him. He saw that all of our needs were covered. It was because of Garrett Benton, that we purchased two vehicles that day. We will not hesitate to recommend Kia to others and will definitely return to Luther Kia for our future vehicles. The other dealerships could use some lessons from Luther Kia. More

Another repair shop stated that I needed a new radiator and gave me a big $ quote. I had LNK install a new radiator back in 2009 so I took it back to them. I was notified earlier today that something had happened to my father and that I had to travel to Houston TX the next day. My vehicle was in need of service. When I called just to see what they could do....Jason was a little anxious about being able to make it happen for me. He called the dealership directly and stayed with them until he got the answer he was waiting for...."yes". Ryan from the dealership had approved me bringing the vehicle in 20 minutes later I was at the dealership and they took the car right back. Ryan spent time explaining to me what the car needed. About 20 minutes after that I was out of there. I was driving home thinking about how amazed I was at how well that went, and how awesome it was for them to be able to make this happen for me. JP was the only one who gave me the information I requested but did not pursue me then on a daily basis wit four cars from four different companies. He was very receptive to our questions and allowed us to test drive without his presence that would intimidate. Though he was busy with other clients, he spent as much time as possible with us. He never pushed us to one car or the other and was overall, a great salesman. I would definitely go to him again and refer others to him. More

I went into Luther Nissan Kia because I had seen a commercial and was wondering if I qualified for one of their lease specials. I walked in before they even opened, not realizing it and spoke to Sue j commercial and was wondering if I qualified for one of their lease specials. I walked in before they even opened, not realizing it and spoke to Sue just inside the door. Even though she technically wasn't working yet she still sat down with me and talked to me. I wasn't sure I could even afford a car, but new exactly how much I could afford as a payment. After test driving one vehicle with Sue, she could tell that I was okay with the Nissan Sentra, but wasn't at all excited about it. I knew I had limited options because Sue was very honest with me about my credit and the payment options before we test drove anything. I really felt like she understood that this was a nervous purchase for me. Sue asked me if I would like to test drive a Kia Soul, but was up front in telling me that Kia may not approve me due to my credit. I test drove the Kia Soul anyways and fell in love with it! Sue obviously could tell because she and a finance manager talked Kia into accepting me and lowering the monthly payments on a lease. I was so very excited and although, the process and paperwork of the lease took a long time it was well worth the wait. Jamie was very up front and explained all the paperwork I had to sign. I didn't feel pressured or forced which was a VERY different experience than the other dealerships (Chevy and Ford specifically) that I had spoken to and test drove with over the previous months. I will be going back to Luther for all of my future car leases or purchases! More
