Danielle was so great in getting the Juke I wanted and all the options I needed. She allowed me to take a great test drive and answered all my questions about the vehicle and it's options. She spent the extra time after the sale to teach me all the options details, and how to set up all the systems to my liking. She knows all the vehicles and details about them, I was impressed. She made herself available for my schedule and she made sure the financing process went smoothly. Jamie couldn't have been more efficient when managing the financing and signing all the contracts. She helped select the best fit in Finance and the best package of Warranty options for my vehicle. This was the second vehicle we purchased in 3 months from Luther Nissan KIA and both Danielle and Jamie made the purchases a great experience. I would like to commend Luther Kia Nissan for their wonderful, professional customer service. I had called on June 17th to schedule an oil change on my Kia Optima since I was coming back from the Mayo wonderful, professional customer service. I had called on June 17th to schedule an oil change on my Kia Optima since I was coming back from the Mayo Clinic and would be in the area. I live in Plymouth, MN so I am not always in the area. I was told by the service scheduler that I could not get in for an oil change for a week. I then talked to a service advisor and he told me to just drop in and the service department would perform the oil change. We arrived at 3:45 and were out of the dealership by 4:20 pm. I was very pleased with the flexibility and professionalism of the Luther Kia Nissan service department. I would highly recommend the Luther Kia Nissan service department. More
Was referred to this dealer though an at work purchase program that allowed me to negotiate price prior to going to dealership. Generally (like with all my car buying experiences), I hate the part when it comes to dealing with the finance guy. It's like dealing with a mortician who insists on a casket upgrade, and when you don't cave, they make you feel like you don't love the deceased enough. When it turned down all of the add-ons, even my twelve years old daughter, commented later "he looked like you shot his dog when you said no to all that stuff.". She's pretty observant. The paperwork, when placed in front of me, felt rushed. The numbers were off from what had been verbally agreed upon, but we'd already been waiting for two hours, and the differences were slight, but enough that I noticed. I had previously arranged finding, the dealer told me they could beat the rate I was quoted, but ended up coming in 0.14% higher. A trivial amount, for sure, but enough to feel it. My previously negotiated $ amount for the vehicle was the base price I was given at the dealership, but I was led to believe that I could only get that price if I financed with them (rebate from financier ). What if I had brought a check? Would I have been given the price I was quoted? The waiting for the financial guy was the hardest. When I was approved at my bank prior to going to the dealership, they were willing and able to give me a quote in ten minutes. At the dealership, I waited an hour and a half. I don't know if it was done intentionally, but I didn't meet with the finance guy until well after my bank had closed, eliminating any chance to contact them while working with finance. The manager/supervisor Neil was a pleasure to work with, as well as Mike Arnold, my sales guy. I'm recommending this dealership, but make sure you have the time and energy to read everything, question those things that don't look right, and take the time to make them correct any errors. More

It is very easy to get of the staff and the efficiency of working with anyone at Luther Inver Grove Kia from the day I bought my car there in 2011. It is very easy to get a service appointment and the amenities of being able to take a vehicle home, or wait in their visitors room is a huge plus. Well worth the 28 mile drive for me to get there from South Minneapolis. Keep up the great work! More

This was my first time buying a car on my own (I'd been driving my family's old piece of junk until now), so I was really nervous, and went into car-shopp was my first time buying a car on my own (I'd been driving my family's old piece of junk until now), so I was really nervous, and went into car-shopping with my guard up. Right away, Stephen's calm and friendly attitude put me at ease. In just a few hours, Stephen helped me find the right car (a used, reasonably priced Nissan), and find a great loan to finance it. He was also very helpful a few days after my purchase, when I came in to have a few minor things checked out (windshield wiper and trunk lock--nothing too serious). The dealership took care of everything at no charge to me, and even threw in a free car wash! I would highly recommend Luther Nissan Kia. More
