Our first purchase (back in 2009) we met the same friendly group... that Rio has been reliable so far. We were able to purchase both of our vehicles with the monthly price we were asking for (price lowering, incentives, money down, loan length, etc) + get 100K added warranty coverage/undercoating. We are very pleased with the second purchase from this dealership and plan to make another within the next few years. Service (general maint.) has also been awsome and easy to set up on line. More

We brought in a used KIA Rio (bought it private) that we were having door handle issues with and the service department fixed it quickly (So we wouldn't have to climb over the seat to get in and out!) and they were very friendly! When it came time for me to buy my first new car my dad and I went there to test drive two cars. We also checked out another dealership but ended up right back where we started! No pressure and our salesman was very nice, thanks Luke! I love my new Altima and I will be sure to tell anyone who asks me where I got it that I went to Luther. More

Upon returning Mar I just wanted to say I'm very pleased with the service center! Adam was great checking in, even got me a ride to go get some lunch. Upon returning Mary was very friendly and even told me how to get the dog hair removed after dog sitting for a month for my parents. She also explained that I had a nail in my tire and they patched it, but to keep an eye on it. She didn't try to sell me a new tire where other service centers may have. Thanks again! More
