He explained what was needed regarding the brake issue I'd brought it in for, and 2 other things he'd found in going over the van, as I'd asked him to do, that needed replacing. Having that clear explanation and from years of knowing I can completely trust his advice, he got all the repairs done in just 24 hours and also got @ $100 dollars off the estimated costs! With service like this, my Sedona will continue to provide worry free transportation for a long time to come! More

So Extremely Satified with Luther Nissan Kia I went to Luther on Saturday to sell a vehicle that we no longer were using. Juan met us at the door and immediately made us feel welcome. I purchased a 2013 Kia Optima last year and had such a wonderful experience then that Luther is the only place I would have gone. So....was not there to buy a car, but to sell one. While waiting and chatting with Juan, wandered outside to look at cars and spotted the RIO. Very cute little car and a great 2nd car for us. Juan convinced us to take a test drive and really loved it. Did not go in to buy a car, but ended up leaving with a new RIO. The thing I love about my experiences at Luther is everyone is so friendly and helpful. Loved Jamie Groth. What an awesome Finance Manager. Not only did she work for my best interests, but also was willing to help update my car insurance online and ended up saving me $30/mo. She did not have to do that, but willingly helped. Service while traveling Just two hours before I was leaving on an international trip my Murano broke down and needed to be towed for repair and service. Before leaving I was Just two hours before I was leaving on an international trip my Murano broke down and needed to be towed for repair and service. Before leaving I was able to arrange for service at Luther and While I was traveling Adam and the maintenance crew diagnosed the problem and other items that were in need of attention. They went out of their way to communicate what they found and explain my options --- even though I had on and off again phone service and was hard to get ahold of. The car was ready when I got home and their flexibility and trustworthiness saved me from having to change my trip plans. I always go to Luther for service and will continue to do so More

Scott Nemitz (Service Advisor) has been handling my service needs since "Day One", and his team diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and scheduled my service appointment to meet my timeline. They had it fixed in half the time they had estimated, washed my car, and had me back on the road with time to spare. Scott always tends to any issues I have (and, there haven't been many) with a personal touch. I can honestly say that, I have never had a service department respond with such professionalism. They take care of "me" and my vehicle. More
