The detailing on my car prior to driving it off the lot was amazing. They waxed the car, programmed it and helped me move my things from my old car to the new one. However, since it was the vehicle I had been looking for - decided to purchase it. They had to detail it again (even though they had told me it had been detailed before I test drove it) and then clean a few areas again that were missed. Not as impressive as an experience as I've had at other dealerships. Otherwise, extremely nice sales people! More
