Luke was great. Working at pricing was easy. The only two minor complaints were we waited around alot, but we stopped in at 2:30 on a Saturday. I originally shopped Luther Nissan/Kia of Inver Grove after a stellar review from my roommate, and it was that first experience that brought me back a second time. I came in with a pretty good idea of what I wanted, never dreaming that it could be in the realm of possibilities, but Igor, Jerry, and the rest of awesome "Team Luther" made it happen. They all work together to make sure your car buying experience is outstanding. I left feeling as if I got everything I wanted and more. Igor not only stayed late, but came in on his day off to accommodate my work schedule and to make sure I was comfortable with my new Rogue from bumper to bumper. At one point, he even took me out to meet the service staff so that I could schedule my first oil change. Most importantly, I know I that I was given a fair deal. No need to shop around and I was not subjected to unscrupulous up selling. Customer loyalty and satisfaction are paramount at Luther, Inver Grove. After you drive off the lot you are not forgotten. Igor was kind enough to help me sync my phone with the car later that week, if I found it difficult to do on my own.
