We knew that's what we wanted, and we have our mind set on a specific set of features we needed to fit our life. Jeff Kessler was an amazing sales professional. He was able to hone in what we wanted, pick a car from stock and wow us from the beginning. The features we needed were there, and the perks were still well within our price range, that we had one of the best buying experiences ever. Jeff also made paper work easy, streamlining questions into conversation, and effortlessly filling out otherwise tiring sales demographics paperwork. Jamie Groth was a joy to work with. Her attitude, and charm pay off well during another boring activity - financials. Jamie made securing financing, filling out paperwork, going over service plan options, and finishing up the business end of things - very very easy. Scott Nemitz has provided me service during my trips to Luther InverGrove. He is also a consummate professional. I enjoy using the service depot to get all of my official Kia service done as well as routine maintenance - even on vehicles that are not Nissian or Kia. More

By far the best/relaxed vehicle purchase ever!. Jeff spent a considerable amount of time showing me the difference between the SV and SL models of Frontier as well as explaining the 'bells and whistles' of the vehicle I purchased. I called and dealt with Adam to schedule my appointment and ask questions if the work would be covered under my warranty, he checked and said my oil pan gasket would be and the safety recall would be picke and ask questions if the work would be covered under my warranty, he checked and said my oil pan gasket would be and the safety recall would be picked up by Kia, I said great and we scheduled the appointment. I brought my Sorrento in and explained to Scott that my blinkers in the inside of my car was not working but they were working on the outside. He checked it and said they would look at it. When we got back over to his desk he basically told me that I no longer had a warranty because I was at 60,000 miles, it had to be an extended warranty and that I would need to find out from who and get him all the information. When I bought this car in Iowa I had a full factory warranty up to about 81,000 miles. Plus Adam had already checked this information. I proceeded to have them hold my car in the service department while I went into the waiting room to call the dealership in Iowa where I purchased the car and had them pull my warranty, verify that what I needed fixed was covered and got 800 numbers for Scott, I also had my dealership in Iowa fax a copy of my warranty to Luther. I was extremely dis-satisfied with Scott's Customer Service and frankly with his attitude. I have NEVER had a problem coming into Luther and have always had a pleasant experience. I really felt like I was doing his job and I have worked in Customer Service for about the last 20 years. I am debating coming back to this dealership and fining another Kia dealership in the metro even if I have to drive farther. It's sad that when I actually go to write a review on Luther that it has to be a bad one, it takes a lot to make me actually write a formal review but if your not happy at work or just having a bad day, DON'T take it out on your customers. Luke Horn (Sales) - provided knowledgeable, attentive service and he knew I had a budget that I could not stray from - so he didn't dazzle me with anything outside my budget - which I GREATLY appreciated service and he knew I had a budget that I could not stray from - so he didn't dazzle me with anything outside my budget - which I GREATLY appreciated. He stayed until nearly 10pm going over the features and set up my Bluetooth AND called me a week later to see if I was still loving it or if I had discovered anything I needed additional help with. Eric Nieves (Finance) - went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me stick to my budget and fought to get me the best deal with my lender - to help keep me on track, because he actually cared whether I met my future financial goals and knows how such a big purchase can affect the long term. He explained everything thoroughly and even helped me figure out how to get a refund from my trade-in warranty. I would absolutely refer Luke and Eric if you are looking for No pressure, Attentive and Knowledgeable auto sales and finance! They would both go the extra mile to insure you are happy! More
I recieved a somewhat confusing "recall" notice from Nissan. Upon bringing it in to have the work done, I was told the recall was already done, Scott Nemitz spent quite a bit of time on the phone w from Nissan. Upon bringing it in to have the work done, I was told the recall was already done, Scott Nemitz spent quite a bit of time on the phone with Nissan to get a resolution on the notice. It turned out that the notice I got was to check to see if the original recall was effective-which it wasn't.Scott the authorization to have the recall done again at no cost to me. Very grateful!
