My vehicle is a 2012 Nissan Altima and in excellent condition with low miles (second vehicle purchased from Luther Nissan). I was disappointed when it was discovered there was "rail dust" on the lower condition with low miles (second vehicle purchased from Luther Nissan). I was disappointed when it was discovered there was "rail dust" on the lower half and rear of the vehicle. I contact Greg and explained the situation. I stopped by the dealership so they could get photo's and was told the claim would be directed to Nissan under warranty. I was a little concerned when I was told "rail dust" usually is not covered under warranty but Greg did an excellent job in getting Nissan to cover it. Scott Holerud was very efficient and helpful in securing the vehicle we wanted. Everyone in the dealership was so friendly, we couldn't believe it! We live 3 1/2 hrs north of Inver Grove Heights, so a lot the vehicle we wanted. Everyone in the dealership was so friendly, we couldn't believe it! We live 3 1/2 hrs north of Inver Grove Heights, so a lot was done by phone so that we were able to make the trip, conduct our transaction and get back home the same day. When it came to the "financial" end of things, Michael Gittins was very helpful in explaining everything, and it all went very smoothly. I was extremely impressed with John Pellerzi at Luther Nissan in Inver Grove. We came into the dealership on a Wednesday evening to test drive some vehicles and get some information, not yet decided on w Nissan in Inver Grove. John was knowledgeable, listened to our needs, and offered solutions we didn't even know existed. We NEVER felt pressured to buy or that we were being "placed" into a vehicle - Luther Nissan was the only dealership in Inver Grove where we found this experience. We visited again on Saturday to purchase two new vehicles and John took his time and spent his morning and better part of the afternoon helping us find the right fit for vehicles for both my husband and I - style, needs, wants and financially. We never felt rushed and were very comfortable with the process. John was outstanding and I am so thankful we had the opportunity to work with him and his team to buy our new cars! Mike Gittins then assisted us with the financials and listened to our needs and made it happen for us (even with our young children with us at this point in his office!). I worked with JP in purchasing my new Rogue..... he was attentive to my initial internet inquiries and proved to be Mr Attentive when I finally came in to test drive the Rogue and start talking a deal.
