In the past, I have always hated shopping for a new vehicle, and found it to be quite intimidating. From the time I found my way to Luther Nissan Kia, I found that I needed to travel no further. I purchased my 2009 Kia Borrego from Igor Tenenbaum- the most pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable sales person I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. Since then, I have been coming back there for service. All the employees are always polite, considerate, personable and helpful. The service is done in a very professional and timely manner. I trust the work they do, I find them very reliable. The complimentary car wash is a nice touch as well. This trip to the service department, I was greeted by Adam Bistodeau. He was very considerate, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. After the vehicle was ready to go, Greg Isham described to me what service was done. He was very courteous, considerate, thorough, helpful and knowledgeable as well. I will continue to return to Luther Nissan Kia in the future for service and new vehicle purchases. More

I will definitely buy my next car from Luther Nissan. I had been to several other dealers and this was the first place I felt like I could shop without pressure and given a great price for both my new car had been to several other dealers and this was the first place I felt like I could shop without pressure and given a great price for both my new car and my trade-in the first time. there was no haggling back and forth or 'old school' sales tactics. I did my research and knew they gave me a great price from the start. Scott was an AWESOME salesman. I had done a lot of research on my vehicle before I worked with Scott. I had a lot of questions and he could answer every single one without looking anything up. He also brought me to the vehicle to show demonstrate. He really knows his cars! When I left to talk things over at home I was given a handshake and absolutely no pressure to buy that evening. The next day I called Scott to ask a few more questions and to arrange a time to come in and purchase my new vehicle. He called me right back, even though it was his day off. I had both my kids with me when I did all the paperwork to buy my vehicle. Everyone was friendly and did everything they could to make sure my kids were happy/entertained. I was surprised to find out that there is a afternoon drop off time. When I dropped off my car for service, I was greeted right away and my information was already in the system as I had an appointment. drop off time. I had requested a courtesy car, and thought I would have to ask about where to find out about getting it, and they had it all ready for me in the service department. I was told that I would be contacted to let me know about a problem I thought I had with the front suspension. With in a few hours, I was called and told what the problem was, and the service department had it ready to go the next morning. The prices were all up front, no surprises. When I arrived to drop off the courtesy car and pick up my car, it was quick and easy. The price of the total repairs was far under what I thought it was going to be. I was told when making the appointment that it would be difficult to know if a few other parts would need to be replaced or not, and so when I found out that they didn't, I was quite pleased. I will definitely drive out of my way to go to Luther Kia in Inver Grove Heights! More

Overall the dealership has very fair prices on their vehicles, this is why we came back for a second time. My only complaint is the wait time. They are a high volume dealer and have been very busy both times we've visited. Each time the financing and auto detailing of the new purchased vehicle took a very long time. Any way they could improve their efficiency in these departments would be greatly appreciated. Would absolutely buy another car from Sue Wegleitner and Luther Nissan Kia again. More
