I purchased a New Vehicle and in a very short time i had an issue. The Tech's looked at the vehicle and since it was a brand new model they were unsure of the exact issue. We leased a Rogue in 2011 & 30 months into our 39 month lease JP contacted us & got us into a new Rogue at essentially the same price we've been paying, which was a good deal to start with. We came in towards the end of the sales day to test drive a car. We had called ahead and Stephen had brought the car up front. He greeted us when we arrived and was extremely informative, helpful and patient a car. We had called ahead and Stephen had brought the car up front. He greeted us when we arrived and was extremely informative, helpful and patient through the entire process. He gave us the preliminary overview and answered our questions and we took it for a drive. We realized after the test drive that we really liked the car and it was becoming more likely that we would purchase it. Because it was the end of the day, we offered to come back and look at paper work the next day. Stephen insisted that it was not a problem and he'd be happy to stay as long as needed, which we greatly appreciate. There were also two minor flaws with the car which Stephen included in the contract, which made us feel much more confident in our purchase. The store was still busy for being the end of the day, so there was a slight wait until we were able to meet with the finance manager and discuss the numbers. Michael, too, was amazing. It was well past the time when his day should have ended, but he was willing to work with us and we never felt rushed. He thoroughly explained the warranty plan and did such a great job that we decided to purchase it. He also took the time to walk us through all of the financial information that was relevant to our purchase and even though we did go over budget, he still showed us how manageable our payments could be. Both Stephen and Michael were great we could not have asked for a better car buying experience. This was the fifth dealership in the twin cities that visited and it was by far the best and we will recommend it. Thank You! More
