Joe was great from the beginning. He listened to our concerns over our current issue and worked with us on a reasonable trade in value. He said he'd take care of us and I'm sure all sales people do but concerns over our current issue and worked with us on a reasonable trade in value. The biggest thing for me is I didn't feel like he had the "typical car salesman" attitude. We really appreciate his genuine care for our situation. He brought the best deal to the table. Brian did the finance paperwork. He was quick, thoroughly explained everything, and there was no pressure involved. Thank you guys! We'll see you again for our next purchase/lease! More

Please Stop the "Cheesy Old School Sales Tactics". You sell a great product at a great price - so why make my wife, 2 kids under 2 and myself wait for 3 hours 2 different days and my wife a Tactics". I could see the "manager" and sales person talking - for what??? We had the car picked out and the price was set!! My wife works for 3M - no hassle right??? Finally when we said that's enough we are out of here - all of a sudden the finance manager was available!! Why??? My wife owns a Lexus and WOW what a difference in sales approach. I like Nissan - SO STOP THE CHEESE!!. Thanks to Michael Gittins in finance. Great guy - straight forward. And the service department is awesome!! Don't make people wait - PLEASE. My wife is a marketing manager at 3M and I am a Controller. We understood the deal in the first 10 minutes. Car was picked out. We waited for what the first 3 hours? Then we came back and waited another 3 hours. So John said come back the next day at 11:00 am and we will get you all set. We waited again for 2 hours. WHY?? Last time I worked with Sue over the internet - so simple. If it does take this long - just tell us. We will leave and come back. The signing of documents took less than 10 minutes. Tom Lutz More
JP was fun to work with. He took care of everything I asked for like undercarriage inspection on a hoist and taking care of a small problem. No pressure sales and I did not feel rushed. Everyone was super nice. Not even a minute after we stepped out of our car someone was already asking if we needed help. The only thing I would have to say us Saturdays are busy so the wait may be a little longer than what you're used to, but they make it as enjoyable as possible. This is the second car I have leased from Luther Nissan in Inver Grove Hgts. The first one went very well. The second one did not as I started receiving letters and emails from both Luther and Nissan Ac in Inver Grove Hgts. The first one went very well. The second one did not as I started receiving letters and emails from both Luther and Nissan Acceptance as much as 3 months prior to the lease expiration date. I received lIetters from three different associated at Luther. I finally decided to contact a JP Liesenfeld via telephone and email. At first the replies were ok, but as time went on they became slower and slower. When I decided on a car I let JP know via email a couple of times with no reply. I went to the dealer and met with JP who showed me the car and took for a drive. I then indicated that I would like it in Sahara Stone. He the went to the lot and brought up that color and we did the preliminary paperwork, so that I would come in the next day and pick it up. Later on I get a call saying that car was a 2014, not a 2013 with the incentives. He said they will find a 2013 with the selected color and be ready in a day or two. 2 days went and no response. I than called on Monday (Labor day) and was told that it would not be ready yet. I then called the general sales mgr to find out what was going on. He said that he would push to have the car ready later that afternoon. Rather than take a chance that it would not be ready I said I will be in on Tuesday at 10 AM, and he said fine. When I arrived there the next day at 10 AM, JP turned me over to another sales associate named Scott Holorud. I sat there with him for 45 minutes while they searched for my paperwork, which takes 10 minutes to sign. That was frustrating to say the least. One final comment......I was told that the car would have fog lights and floor mats. It has neither. I will buy floor mats before winter and would like a dealer cost install of fog lights.
