Working with Scott Nemitz was a great experience. He did a great job of listening to my concerns, made sure he was interpreting them correctly, and provided a detailed explanation for the resolution of each a great job of listening to my concerns, made sure he was interpreting them correctly, and provided a detailed explanation for the resolution of each issue. Unfortunately his great service and my overall experience was tarnished by my experience picking up my vehicle once it was complete (at no fault of Scott). When I checked out and signed my paperwork with the payment administrator, she told me she would call a runner to go grab my SUV and pull it up front for me so I could be on my way for the day. I went out front of the dealership to wait for my car, and after 10 minutes I started to think something was wrong -- so I went back into the payment administrator's office and asked her if she knew what was going on. She stated that she was sorry, and that she had called for a car runner twice -- but no one responded. I said that I just wanted to leave and would be happy to take my keys and walk to the car myself. She walked with me into the service garage, looked around for a minute, didn't see anyone she was looking for, and then handed me the keys while pointing out to the parking lot saying "they are usually out there somewhere". I walked through the service garage and searched for my car for a couple of minutes before finally locating it in the back part of the lot. Like I mentioned to start this review, Scott was great -- and the admin lady was fine, but if a car runner is not going to be listening for a call to get a car -- then why bother even having the service? I worked as a restaurant server for many years, and one of the many points of service that my managers would instill on me was to always be in tune with a guests desire to leave after being served. This meant processing the check for the guest in a timely manner when they were ready to leave. Not receiving my car for 15 minutes after checking out and grabbing it on my own was the equivalent of waiting for a server to run my credit card for 15 minutes after providing it to the server. Overall experience was great, but the last interaction left a sour taste in my mouth -- thus the inspiration to write this long review. I will surely be back again -- but hope I don't have to go through the same frustrating wait when I am ready to complete an otherwise pleasant customer service experience. More

I brought my 2013 Kia Sorento in for an oil change, tire rotation and cabin air filter change. I bought it new at this dealership and the service during the sales process as well as for routine maintenance rotation and cabin air filter change.
