I have concerns about why your OBD 2 was not able to detect the misfiring of cylinders 2 & 3 at Luther Kia in IGH. I asked the mechanic to check the spark plugs and he stated that he was not able to get detect the misfiring of cylinders 2 & 3 at Luther Kia in IGH. I asked the mechanic to check the spark plugs and he stated that he was not able to get a diagnosis from the computer and could not look at the engine. The mechanic recommended that we drive it over to the GM dealership because it was a Saturn. We purchased the vehicle at Luther Kia and had regular oil changes here. We just had some service at Luther and they never recommended the spark plugs be replaced which GM mechanic suggested. More
Fantastic service. After getting my car in for basic service (oil change), there were other issues with the car. He showed me what was wrong, and what needed to be done. He actually saved me money with service (oil change), there were other issues with the car. He showed me what was wrong, and what needed to be done. He actually saved me money with the repairs needed by making a couple phone calls and making a run to another dealer (my car is a Dodge) to get the part. Overall all, fantastic service by the entire team and that's why I they have my service, even though my car isn't a Kia or Nissan (I bought my car at Kia/Nissan). More

I've bought 5 new Nissans, but the last 3 from Sue at Luther Nissan, and she's provided by and far the easiest, low stress, no pressure buying experience making it literally a pleasure to buy the car, in Luther Nissan, and she's provided by and far the easiest, low stress, no pressure buying experience making it literally a pleasure to buy the car, instead of the typical frustrating experience that buying a car can be. Sue goes above and beyond to help answer questions and provide awesome customer service. She's friendly, open, honest, and ethical. I decided on the car I wanted on a Thursday, and wanted to pick it up Friday morning, however I wanted some extra add-on services done on the car prior to my picking it up, and Sue went out of her way literally to make sure the car was done perfectly, and everything was ready for me to pick up Friday morning. Couldn't have been happier. There are several Nissan dealerships that are closer to my home or work that are more convenient, but its definitely been worth it to me to go out of my way a little bit to work with Sue at Luther. More
Mary Cerecedes is the perfect example of great customer service in any setting. She went above and beyond for me in my recent visit. My car was being towed due to a recall on the steering wheel locking up and she kept her doors open until I arrived to get a loaner car. She did not rush me and definitely showed that her customers mean a lot to her and want the best experience possible for them. Please give Mary as much recognition as you can. I wish there was a way to choose Outstanding. I have to say I had the best experience with these 3 guys. I felt comfortable dealing with all of them and I felt like we were all working for the same goal t say I had the best experience with these 3 guys. I first brought my car in to Luther Nissan thinking they would be able to fix my car, since they are the Nissan experts. While the customer service was not lacking, I was very unhappy that I paid thousands would be able to fix my car, since they are the Nissan experts. While the customer service was not lacking, I was very unhappy that I paid thousands of dollars to get something "fixed" and 3 days later my vehicle had the same issue. This resulted in me needing a tow back to the dealer. Six days later, my car was ready for pick-up again. The issue was fixed so I came to get my car and the door handle was broken off!! I was so upset but would not drive it off the lot without filing a report for the service manager. There is a plan in place to fix the door but the part that bothers me is why didn't anyone report breaking my door handle? This makes me lose trust in the dealer and if they truly did fix it this time, I will not be bringing my car back in the future. Side note, it was really hard to reach folks when I had to return a call. More
