Came in to have oil changed on a 2006 Murano which overall was handled great! I asked about placing the analyzer on the auto to determine why the light appeared and was told there is a $99 charge for this. Just a recommendation; for your returning customers who use your dealership for on-going service, why wouldn't you do the analyzing for free, as you do periodically for anyone who walks in off the street? Just a suggestion. Thanks! More
We went in to find my teenage daughter a reliable used vehicle and we couldn't be more happy with the outcome. Pat was extremely helpful and we test drove several nice cars. I called the dealership and wanted to talk to Mike Jung, I was told that he was no longer working at the dealership and had moved to another Luther dealership so I asked to talk with the sales manager. I talked with Jerry Simon and explained that I had purchased two other Nissan Murano's from Luther and had dealt Mike Jung. I told him what I was looking for and he said that he would get back to me with what was availabe and an approximate price. He called me back and gave me a price and said they didn't have the color I was looking for in stock but he was sure they could find something. I called the next day in the AM and said that I would like to come in and discuss the price and what was availabe. I arrived about noon and met with Jerry, He introduced me to Scott Holerud. Both of the guys seems nice but I was unsure if I would be treated the same as how Mike Jung treated me. Well I have to say after the purchase I should have never doubted the ability of both there gentlemen. Yes buying a new vehicle is painful (parting with the $$) but it was a very nice experience and there two guys did and great job dealing with me. Scott spent a very long time explaining all of the features of my 2014 Murano. Jerry, Scott and Luther Nissan hit a home run with me again. Luther and the guys are 3 for 3. Excellent attention to the customers' needs. Worked with us to stay within budget. All were friendly and helpful even staying well past closing to make sure we got our new vehicles and in mint conditio with us to stay within budget. The only reason the quality of work is 4 stars of 5 is the fact that there were water spots on my car after the car wash. The staff in service is prompt, clear when explaining price, and friendly even whe the fact that there were water spots on my car after the car wash. I couldn't be happier with my experience here!! I knew i wanted to buy a car, but dreaded going to a dealership because I've been overwhelmed and deceived in past experiences. After finding the Mura knew i wanted to buy a car, but dreaded going to a dealership because I've been overwhelmed and deceived in past experiences. After finding the Murano on Carsoup, I came in to Luther Nissan Kia ready to have to negotiate and battle to get what i wanted. My initial reason for coming in, was that the car was extremely well-priced; I'd been shopping for a couple months and never saw a better price with better mileage. When I walked in they were extremely busy, but I was still greeted right away by the receptionist who then called the salesman I had been working with over email (Dave Jr). He had a customer, so he called Dave Burns Sr who also greeted me right away, heard what I was looking for, and immediately started to help. Within 30 minutes I was sold - Dave was honest with my questions, knowledgable about the vehicles, and in no way pushed me in to a deal I wasn't onboard with. He did what a good salesperson does; listen to the customer, be as helpful as possible, and ultimately leave it to the customer to decide if it's the right purchase. I highly recommend shopping here - after making the purchase, I felt like i had all the information I needed at a better than fair price. The more I drive my new vehicle, the more I love it!!! Dave and the rest of the staff were attentive and helped me make the right decision for me, not to just drive a sale. Thank you to Luther Nissan Kia for being a great dealership staffed with great sales professionals like Dave!! More

So, without an appointment, my son and I st Greg ROCKS!! I received an email from corporate stating that the dealership now offered drive-up service. So, without an appointment, my son and I stopped in for an oil change. We then found out that the corporate email was inaccurate and we did NEED an appointment. Greg said he would see what he could do and we would have to wait. I said no problem as long as we had good coffee while we waited. My son and I were both out of there in less than 90 minutes. The service department was VERY BUSY, and Greg and company made us feel truly VALUED! This dealership is the BEST we have ever dealt with...sales, service, and administration...no doubt about it!
