After shopping at another Nissan dealership (feeling less than satisfied) I was thoroughly impressed with the courtesy, professionalism, and timeliness of the Luther staff. I am so happy with my entire experience from the moment I walked into the dealership until I left. Excellent, professional and very honest is how I would rate both Stephen and Raul. My experience at Luther Nissan was generally excellent because of the friendly customer service (including shuttle rides to and from work) and the great price. My only concern was an apparent lack of fami because of the friendly customer service (including shuttle rides to and from work) and the great price. My only concern was an apparent lack of familiarity with my Nissan Leaf. The technician did not know how to take off the parking break and was not familiar with the software update/recall that I was there for (in addition to my scheduled maintenance). I realize that Leafs are still new and fairly rare, and since they don't need frequent maintenance, the service staff probably doesn't see a lot of them. But as one of only a few Nissan dealers in the metro area, Luther would be well served to have specialists who can engender confidence that the service center knows how to service these cars. More
