I always make appointments during the afternoon/evening when Mike Wagner will be there as I have found I can always Trust what he tells me about my vehicle's condition and any work needing to be done. Whi when Mike Wagner will be there as I have found I can always Trust what he tells me about my vehicle's condition and any work needing to be done. While I was waiting for the car yesterday, Mike came in and told her the car was ready but needed in the near future to have a couple of things done. She said to go ahead and remarked as he left that she always felt comfortable when Mike told her anything needed to be done as she also had found he is completely Trustworthy and also did not therefore want to take her vehicle anywhere else. A huge Asset to the dealership! More

Although I did not get everyone's name that assisted in the process, all of the staff were excellent! I brought my Nissan Altima in for repair of damage to the left front fender liner and splash shield, which was probably cause by a chunk of ice. The service was very fast and very friendly, and the repaired left front fender liner and splash shield, which was probably cause by a chunk of ice. Luther Nissan / Kia service department is always great. Was there this time for a recall item as well as an oil change. In and out with a clean car in less than 1.5 hours. Scott too good care of me. I would like to express my disappointment in this dealership and this service center. When we bought our vehicle about 17 months ago (August of 2012) the feelings we had for this dealership were pre dealership and this service center. When we bought our vehicle about 17 months ago (August of 2012) the feelings we had for this dealership were pretty good. If I had to take this survey and rate them, I probably would have rated them as an overall experience as good (with a few ok's in between). We had major issues with our used vehicle right from the get go, but we felt that Greg and his team were on top of them and doing everything in their power to fix the issues that we had. I can't say the same for the rest of the people at the dealership. We were made to feel that this wasn't any fault of ours and that something happened, nobody could explain it and nobody had any explanations as to why things happened to our vehicle (we had to have the transmission rebuilt within a few weeks of owning our car). We asked how it could have missed the "inspections" that Luther says they do on their previously owned cars, and still, nobody could give us an answer, but Greg and his team tried to fix the wrongs. I give them credit for this and I give them credit for being so "customer focused". Now things have changed. Our vehicle was brought back to Greg and his team at Luther Nissan Kia IGH on Jan. 6th because all of a sudden, we had no heat in our vehicle. When we brought it in, it was going to be looked at and throughout them looking at it, they told us that we needed more work done (Right outer tie rod was loose, breaks were getting bad, air filter and a power steering fluid flush). We appreciate when you tell us what else may need work as to hopefully save us a trip or give us the option to take it somewhere else if we need to. They sent our vehicle over to Fury for the maintenance (which was covered by warranty with a $100 deductable). We did not get our vehicle back until Jan. 15th because we were told they had to send our vehicle back to Fury a second time. We drove our vehicle on Jan. 16th without issues but then on the night of Jan. 16th, the car started really hard. We then brought it back to Luther that night. We weren't treated at all well. It was almost like the service people wanted us gone. They were very short with us, didn't believe us when we called and said that something else was wrong with the vehicle (since we just had it there less than 24 hours prior). The "friendly customer service" was no longer. The comment to us was made of "Well, it is a car, and cars have problems". Really, I don't feel like a car that is only 4 years old with 50K+ miles on it should be having these MAJOR issues. We were then told on Jan. 17th of what they thought was the problem. We were then called on Saturday, Jan. 18th to come and pick up our vehicle that was "fixed". When we got there, guess what, the problem was not fixed and the car still started hard. The service tech was confused and that they would have to look into it more. So we wasted time coming up to pick up a car that was suppose to have been fixed, to find out it had not been. Now we are being told that the problem that they "think" is now it, is possibly the starter. In dealing with all of this, I believe that my overall rating of BAD is an accurate statement as I feel that the customer service has gone downhill as well as the quality of work not being good. My main goal in writing this is to make sure that nobody else is treated as badly as we felt we are being treated. We tried giving this dealership another chance and leased a car earlier this past year (April 2013) but after the past few weeks, I don't have the trust in this dealership anymore, from the General Manager down to the Service Manager. I feel as if we are being looked at as "complainers" or "people that are never satisfied". That is far from the truth. We are people that drive our cars literally until we can't drive them anymore. My husband had his previous vehicle (the one we traded in for our current vehicle) for 11 years with over 170K miles on it and I had my vehicle (we traded that towards our leased vehicle) for 13 years with over 214K files on it. We take pride in our vehicles and owning them. I'm sure that this review will be "passed aside" being that it is not a "glowing" review, but it is an honest review. Thank you More
