Their goals is to make sure when you come in that you get what you looking for or introduce you to other option that you may not of have consider or heard about. This helps gain my trust when I am looking for another vehicle. I know that the customer is important here and it not only about the sale. When the customer satisfy they will spread the word were about were a person should go and by their next car. This is how long relationship being with the customer and the dealership. Luther is the place I do not hesitate to say were I will purchase my vehicle because of the honesty and the professionalism of the staff. From the being when you step on the lot to going in the door. Most dealership the staff will run the other way or they do no not greet the customer. One more item is when you need your car service; the dealership makes it convenience for a person to come in after work and after 9:00 pm. The dealership makes it accessible for a person not to miss work and to make later appointments. Unfortunately my 2008 Nissan Altima has needed some TLC lately but fortunately I bought a very good warranty. I brought it in because my front passenger tire was losing air and my tire sensor light came on lately but fortunately I bought a very good warranty. I brought it in because my front passenger tire was losing air and my tire sensor light came on and stayed on after filling the tire. Turned out that the sensor for it another tire needed to be replaced (the 3rd one). The young man who was helping me, (Lionel?) was very nice but not knowledgeable of my warranty. I had ask him to not do any work until I knew what the problem was, as I am on a fixed income. So Greg Isham who has help me before, showed him the ropes of my warranty and the cost went from $600 to $o. My car got fixed and I left happy!! Greg has earned the trust of a person who has been burned by shady mechanic's in the past. He is kind, genuine and respectable, because of that I have and will continue to refer my family and friends to your dealership... More

Basically sold me a lemon, would not return phone calls and when I spoke wit the dealership GM (BRAD KNUTSON) he basically said too bad. Would not do ANYTHING to help, and i was stranded and forced to to f and when I spoke wit the dealership GM (BRAD KNUTSON) he basically said too bad.
