Excellent Service I phoned Luther Kia for service and Mike Wagner answered the phone. I told him that my new Soul!'s interior fan was only working on number 4, nothing I phoned Luther Kia for service and Mike Wagner answered the phone. I told him that my new Soul!'s interior fan was only working on number 4, nothing else. We made an appointment to bring the car in. Well, I must say I am extremely impressed with Mike and the service I received. The repair only took about 30-40 min and he told me then that it was a blower motor resister and he had gone ahead and ordered the new part, when I originally phoned, so it would be there when I came in. Talk about fantastic service!! I didn't have to wait or come back another day. I am so thankful for Mike Wagner and the service I received. More

My experience with Tom I worked with Tom Hagmeier. Throughout the rest of the day (we were there for a while) we worked with Tom, Adam, and Raul, all who were exactly what we needed. Once we decided to buy it was a completely smooth process. They kept us in the loop on everything we needed to know. The thing that set this dealership a part from the rest was their ability to understand what we needed. There were times when my wife and I needed space and time to talk..they gave us exactly that. At other times we needed direction and help...they gave us exactly that. John is awesome, friendly, and very personable, and does not pressure anyone, he is low key and relaxed. Brian Nerka, the Business manager, worked well with the salesman, and is very friendly. There were no coercion by Brian to make additional additions, when I was satisfied whit my selection, he presented me with the paper work and it was sign and go. More
