Raving to friends and family I have never wanted to purchase a vehicle from a dealership, yet I have on four occasions. After each, I regretted my purchase and swore I would neve I have never wanted to purchase a vehicle from a dealership, yet I have on four occasions. After each, I regretted my purchase and swore I would never do so again and, in fact, I have had much better luck buying from private parties. Your dealership had the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. I researched Luke before walking in, as I wanted to know who I was dealing with. Turned out he had a significant number of good reviews. Now I understand why. From Mary at the front (who is an EXCELLENT first person to see and hear when coming in) to Luke, Raul, Adam and Jason in service, the runners, and EVERY employee I have encountered... you have an AWESOME CREW! I thought customer service was dead; but there's a great deal of it at Luther Nissan Kia. You are to be commended and congratulated for your team earning business by doing things the right way. The wait was LONG but he worked very hard and checked in with us through out the process. In the end it was worth it... he got us a great rate.
