Great effort by everyone I worked with at Luther Kia/Nissan! I worked with Mr. "Big Luke" Horn of Internet Sales on a used Kia and he was proactive and also responsive. After making contact I visited the dealer I worked with Mr. "Big Luke" Horn of Internet Sales on a used Kia and he was proactive and also responsive. After making contact I visited the dealership early the next morning and Luke had the car I was interested in warmed up and ready to go. He introduced me to Mr. Rich Spah as we discussed terms and conditions. They didn't pressure as I left the dealership to ponder my decision. They stayed in contact with me and made themselves available through several different modes of communication. Upon my return they continued to work for me to reach a deal. I met with Ms. Jamie Groth in the Finance Department and she could not have been more respectful, helpful, kind and most of all, hard working to get me the best rate possible and to make sure I understood all of my options in a very timely manner. Rear Wiper blade replacement I been doing business with this dealer since 2006 when i bought my pathfinder and till this day i was satisfied with your work.But today i came to rep I been doing business with this dealer since 2006 when i bought my pathfinder and till this day i was satisfied with your work.But today i came to replace my rear wiper blade and the cost was around $20 and i was ready to pay and the service person came to me and told me the wiper was moving other way and asked me another $70 to repair it which he said it needs to be removed and fix it other way which sounded very weird to me and i asked him not to do anything and i drove it to a local repair shop near to my home and he charged me $20 and all he had to do is rotate the wiper unit other way and tighten it which worked fine.My service appt confirmation code is X01B1KTKRR.I don't know the gentleman's name who worked on my car.But i suggest you to look into this issue and not to charge anyone more than what it requires. Love this place I really appreciate the customer service at this dealership. It's always speedy and thorough, and I love that my car is clean and shiny when I leave. There have been times when I've tried to get service done elsewhere in order to save a little bit of money and have regretted it every time that I haven't gone to Luther Nissan Kia. I originally bought my car here in 2009 brand new and it was the best car buying decision I've ever made. I highly recommend them for sales and service. The only reason I didn't give them 5 out of 5 stars for overall experience is for 2 reasons.. The first is that it takes a while to get an appointment because they are so busy. The second is that they no longer offer free car rentals. With having to wait so long for an appointment, it's hard to find a time that I can sit and wait for it to be done unless it's late at night. They used to offer a free car rental which made this a lot easier. Oh, and Mike in the service department is the best! More
Service Repairs WAY TOO EXPENSIVE The people here are friendly. No question. And, I can't speak on the car buying experience. But, I would avoid any service repairs there. They put in one stud that was missing on my front left wheel. From everyone else I spoke with, this should have been cheap, quick and easy. Apparently, that was not the case. Took almost 2 hours and I was gouged for almost $150. When I asked how everything went at the end, the representative explained to me that the stud was really bad and needed to be replaced. Good to know….EXCEPT there was no stud there to be replaced in the first place. A stud was added, not replaced. Anyway, I'm sure the work they did was fine, it's just way too expensive. More
