I have requested a no charge extended warranty afraid more issues will arise. I was advised that they cannot offer anything for the issues that have occurred.

I'm still having issues with this company and they are refusing to work with me on anything. I'm requesting an extended warranty due to all their issues and the additional that they have caused at their own shop when my vehicle was in to get fixed. I'm still having complications with the Pathfinder.

We have doubled the normal Luther Advantage Warranty for you. We have invited you to come in and meet with the business manager to go over extended warranty options. We have sent the inspections (the most recent ones being sent this past Friday) My general manager and service manager have invited you in several times to sit down and resolve these issues in person and have received no response. How can we resolve these issues if you won’t come in to discuss it? Customer service and satisfaction is very important to us.
