Excellent Experience! My car's a/c suddenly stopped working on a really hot day sometime after 5:00PM. My wife went on line scheduled a next day noon available time slot. I showed up, Adam greeted me, as always, took the keys, confirmed the reason I was there. After a brief wait and a cup of Caribou coffee, Adam gave me a quote, a loaner car, and I was off. Right on the date he said I could pick it up, my wife got a call in the morning. I filled up the loaner with gas, paid the bill which came in a little less than expected and was off. The vehicle is cool as can be now! I'm ready for July and August! Fast, friendly, convenient, with a high level of confidence in their work at a fair price! What could be better than that?! More

Jeff c I had a great experience at Luther Nissan Kia. I had applied for credit online and got a message saying they needed more information from me. Jeff called me the next day and I decided to drive out there. I knew what model and trim I was looking for. Jeff did an awesome job explaining all the features of the car. What I really appreciated was the time he took to explain my financing options especially breaking down how leasing works versus buying. Very easy to understand and he reiterated that ultimately the decision is mine. In the end I found that leasing made much more sense given my driving habits. Jamie also did an excellent job in further explaining my financing options and taking time to explain the differences and certain options, and I really appreciated not trying to be sold options that I really didn't need. At no time did I feel any pressure from either of them! I had bad experiences with dealers in the past so this was very refreshing! I ended up walking out that day with the new car! I'll definitely recommend them and will be back when my lease is up! I love the car! More
