When he learned that the car from his lot was not in perfect condition and had been used as a test vehicle, he called me and said "you don't want this vehicle. Let me find you a brand new one.". He did it. I had my doubts right up until the moment I drove off the lot. I came from a bad experience at Wayzata Nissan. But Igor blew it out of the water. I was very grateful. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a smooth, clean transaction. More
Another great visit!! I went in expecting to drop my car off and leave it for an oil change and part recall, expecting that it would take several hours. Instead, I was gre I went in expecting to drop my car off and leave it for an oil change and part recall, expecting that it would take several hours. Instead, I was greeted at the door by Adam who told me he had service guys waiting to work on my car and that it would take only an hour or less. So rather than leave and come back I waited for my car and was out of there in less than an hour!! I've never had a bad experience at Luther! That was enough to get me sent over to Greg's team after talking to Nik. A strange thing happened while talking to Nik. I was explaining how my interior lights weren't working going on when I opened my door or turned the engine off. That's when it happened, Greg jumped off his chair and threw a couple of switches in my car and the light problem was fixed. What was amazing is that I never had seen Greg jump off his chair before especially for me. Much as I enjoy watching tv at the dealership, a young man by the name of Alek gave me a ride home which allowed me to get some outside work done at home. Later not to waste the experience of finding my house he came back to pick me up which was greatly appreciated as I had no ride back for over an hour on my own. The brake work only cost me one arm and one leg. I was expecting two arms and one leg. Hard to say much about the oil change other than I was overdue. Lastly I was having trouble with my front license plate getting bent from a local car wash. I had one of the dealership frames added last year and even that got broke off. So I asked if I could get a new one and Alek once again sprung into action. The two screws proved to be a bit of a challenge so a seasoned mechanic by the name of Troy gave assistance. Suddenly this turned into a project and whole license plate frame had to be removed and worked on back in the shop of course. Ah yes how well I know projects like that at home. The bottom line was everyone provided excellent service and quality work. Yes I know this is a little long, but I like these guys. More
Just a number My husband and I went into this dealership on June 28 2016. We had been talking with Andy for most of the week about a Rogue Nissan 2016. We wanted to My husband and I went into this dealership on June 28 2016. We had been talking with Andy for most of the week about a Rogue Nissan 2016. We wanted to lease it for the deal they had for those cars. My Husband was on the phone with Andy Monday night getting A $500.00 deposit down to save the car we wanted. Which he ran the card number and charged us. (If we didn't say something before we left that night. They would have over charged us by 500.00 dollars!) The next day he went to the dealership to look at the car in person. Asked that they put a sale sign on the car for us. Since we knew It was the one we wanted. Not only did we pay ahead for this car and have a sold sign on it. NOT more then 3 hours later we get a call saying it was sold at a different dealership! They charged us for the deposit and old our car! Lucky by the time we got to the dealership on Wednesday they had the one we wanted. When we at the dealership trying to get everything done. It took over 3 hours. We were told by doing a lot of things prior to coming it would be fast. Not even... 1st Andy treats you like a price tag and not a person. We would be talking to him about something. Then he would see someone coming in or standing by us. Would walk away during our conversation to talk to them. Basically showing he doesn't care about us just the sales. ON top of that told us we would only be paying so much a month. Come to find out the only way we would get that is if we put down so much money. Which wasn't told to us at all during all our phone calls to him. Brings me to John the manager! He comes over to tell us they will be taking my old car as a trade in. But doesn't clearly say how much. We both ask him at least 4 times what the amount is. Just keeps saying a couple hundred. When we talking to Dale the financial guy he tells us it was 300.00 dollars. Which great sounds good to me. My problem is why couldn't you tell me this amount. What was with the secrecy. If we would of know that we were lied to the whole time we would of left and said no thank you. But by the time we got answer and idea of what the payments would be it was too late to leave. The lack of customer service and communication was just unreasonable. The only good thing about the whole experience was Dale. He was on top of his stuff and did all he could to help us get it to the price we needed it to be. If it wasn't for him I would of said never mind. So THANK YOU Dale for making us feel more like a person and not a price tag. More
