My sales rep, Sam Sherrer, was so very kind about letting me know what my options were, even though it was a hard decision, I don't regret it. He was very patient with me and I'm glad there are people like that in the car industry! I'm driving a brand new car! I know the service department is top notch and what I was surprised about is that the service I have received has never overpriced itself to make more money.
