He was great with questions on the technology and had more knowledge then I would have thought. I thought it took a little to long to get the paperwork done. My biggest disappointment was the office layout. It needs major updating, the flooring was falling a part. We had a pillar in the middle of the cube we were meeting in, the pillar made it so that you couldn’t get into both seats. If you did get into the inside seat you couldn’t see the salesman you were talking to because the computer screen was in the way. Huge inventory which is a wonderful bonus but the cars where so tight that several cars we looked at had paint chips and scratches. Overall we would buy a viechle from them again but a better layout or major updates would make the experience go much smoother. More
Why wasn't the air filter changed previously?. Now 41 00 dollars later. Should have been disclosed before the 3rd oil change. That has been my complaint. Had issue oil wasn't cleaned up properly. more than one con is too many I went with my bank financing which ended up at 2.4%. Of course car dealerships make a lot of their money on the finance. I didn't take their financin I went with my bank financing which ended up at 2.4%. Of course car dealerships make a lot of their money on the finance. I didn't take their financing so they made me sweat it out for two hours and keep having finance guys come up to me and try to get me to do their financing. Huge waste of time. There was also a $299 add-on fee ($113 for parts and labor lol) for four blinking lights they installed on the bumper. It was apparently non-negotiable. Everything worked out fine but took much too long and I know a con when I see it. There were at least two cons here. Excellent deal nonetheless. I felt like I was being jerked around. Not going back but the sales portion with Erick was excellent. I know reading this annoys you and it should. I don't expect anything to change. I bought my car from you and we parted ways, so I'm cool. More
